Still haven't been paid yet and the withdrawals have been pending since 1/27.  LL hasn't posted since 1/28.  I am concerned.  Total value at issue is 7.78 BTC + 3.44 BTC worth of shitcoins (LTC, BCH, ETH)
that's frustrating, also, why would they close the ticket when the issue is still ongoing? that being said, at least you got a response from their support. not sure if this will make you feel better but this isn't the first time that lightlord has been offline for weeks without properly maintaining his projects, but in the end, he still ends up paying what he owed but it still doesn't justify what he is doing.

sorry that you are experiencing this, I hope you can update us again when the issue has been resolved or if some other thing happens.

My withdrawals have been stuck on "pending manual" for a week.  What's up?

As far as I can see, nothing has changed. Again with delays in processing withdrawals, just like one of the signature campaigs has been paused, again, after the other one was paused recently, because it hasn't refilled the escrow and doesn't give signs of life. It seems like groundhog day all over again.

Agree with this mate this is not the first time that Lightlord offline for too long. And also its not new to us that Lightlord have pending issues when he got offline but in the end of the day when he returns he will fix those issues and clear all circumstances. So for this kind of issue maybe lightlord will fix this as soon as he online. Anyways like what you said above to anonymouscoward just leave a response here. What if not? those people still have a balance from their casino will be compromised. But maybe they should relax since for some time Lightlord usually have this issue and this annoy people following them.

And now since there's no sign of his comeback placed here then I guess people will wait for more long days since no sign of lightlord for having an activities here.

For sure this trouble will create dislike of people seeking their compensation and also there are people will come then ask or questioned their self if they can still afford to wait for them to comeback and refilled their wallets.

This is really alarming, and apart from the admin not being active for over a week, the issue of approving big transactions by the admin himself is not being helpful to their built reputation when the admin just ghost their user for over a week. There should be an automated system to process or someone should be available every day to take care of such kinds of withdrawals.

The story of LL being active and then going away for a while looks never an ending story.

So the old problem about empty hot wallet and incativity of Lightlord is coming back recently?
It seems that it is not about empty wallet only but about manual review of withdrawal request which takes long time due to Lightlord's incativity.
Why Lightlord did not learn from his own experience that made many people thought about his casino negatively with his long inactivity some time ago?
Not quite sure what is happening with him right now, but I hope he is not facing healthy issue like before which made him inactive for too long time.

Not quite sure what is happening with him right now, but I hope he is not facing healthy issue like before which made him inactive for too long time.

He came online to the forum today, which is a good sign but didn't post anything so hopefully he will address the pending issues regarding the withdrawal which requires manual review or due to the empty hot wallet as well as the campaign escrow wallet if he has the intention of continuing the advertisement.

bitvest is one of the very first and favorite sites I have (registered in 2016). That's why it's unpleasant to read negative reviews. On the one hand, one can understand anonymouscoward's indignation and dissatisfaction with problems with withdrawal of his funds. On the other hand suddenly LL has serious problems? (God forbid of course) And he can also be understood Especially since the old-timers know LL always fulfills its obligations. (“A Lannister always pays his debts.” xD)

That's right, he was last active today at 4 pm. It's fair to assume he is aware of the problems. Regardless of who runs the casino with light lord the fact still remains that,  gambler payments need to be processed at all times because that is the only way the player can get satisfaction,  but for a while now,  everything seems to be ok with the casino and to that extent,  we expect to hear a quick response to this complaint.

I am sure that LL will have seen this if he has been online and active in the last few days since this complaint was posted.
No problem happened for the payment of the gamblers and if it happened earlier then they got a solution too fast that's why there were almost no accusations against them. And also there is almost no active accusation regarding the payment of the gamblers. Only the situation occurred for the payment of the signature campaign which has happened now only now but also several times. Thats Why LL received negative trust too and changed several CM.

No complaint has been posted yet since so far people is not been worried about their payments and lightlord goes online last day so provably he already know about the issue so hopefully all pendings will be credited so we can't see people got compromise for this said event happened. Bitvest is one of the oldest casino here and LL should do good action to keep their business retain its good standing and again they should hire additional people to help them so that this issue will not happen. I guess this is suggested before and I don't know they make this request happen since the issue occur again.

That's a lot of wait and I don't know what I feel with that amount I am trying to withdraw with that much. I see that you're not a player but an investor on their bankroll investments.

Since you're wanting to withdraw that, once it's processed you have to make sure that you're going to hold it on your wallet. I don't what your plans are after being able to withdraw it.

But with big amounts of investing on a casino bankroll, it's best for you to just keep them on your own wallet and let it grow on value.

What you say is not accurate, shasan. If you see the negative feedback I left LL, I refer to the delay in processing large withdrawals. And in a thread on Reputation where we talked about it I said:

absolutely mate gamblers and other people will want to wait cause like what you Said mate this is not the first time for the delay but still lightlord will correct or let say handle it in the day will come. But anyways as long us there's no pending too long then still okay.  But for me the best thing must lightlord will do is he need a partner for his business. Regardless of who runs the casino with light lord the fact still remains that,  gambler payments need to be processed at all times because that is the only way the player can get satisfaction,  but for a while now,  everything seems to be ok with the casino and to that extent,  we expect to hear a quick response to this complaint.

I am sure that LL will have seen this if he has been online and active in the last few days since this complaint was posted.
No problem happened for the payment of the gamblers and if it happened earlier then they got a solution too fast that's why there were almost no accusations against them. And also there is almost no active accusation regarding the payment of the gamblers. Only the situation occurred for the payment of the signature campaign which has happened now only now but also several times. Thats Why LL received negative trust too and changed several CM.

People now can afford to wait since they know that this is not the first time happened and believe that lightlord will refill then pay their obligations to gamblers request a withdrawal once he came back. No complaint has been posted yet since so far people is not been worried about their payments and lightlord goes online last day so provably he already know about the issue so hopefully all pendings will be credited so we can't see people got compromise for this said event happened. Bitvest is one of the oldest casino here and LL should do good action to keep their business retain its good standing and again they should hire additional people to help them so that this issue will not happen. I guess this is suggested before and I don't know they make this request happen since the issue occur again.


absolutely mate gamblers and other people will want to wait cause like what you Said mate this is not the first time for the delay but still lightlord will correct or let say handle it in the day will come. But anyways as long us there's no pending too long then still okay.  But for me the best thing must lightlord will do is he need a partner for his business. Cause there's a time that he has a problem so there's a time that he can not handle anytime his business cause there's a personal problems or any reason behind his inactive.

They wait because they don't have a choice and since there's a record like this as been said for sure they are holding into that situation and hope that LL will go back here and solve the existing issue that happens again on their casino.

For sure to many people especially for those people who wait to get compensated got annoyed on the situation but there's nothing to do so hopefully there's still chance for them to get the money they work for and this is not the last time we see this casino gets a positive ratings. If they always act like this and people are done with them then maybe there's a huge chance that many people will go away on his casino and find other that can provide more good user experience.

Before you advice a business to hire more people, don't you think its nicer to first ask how such a business is doing in terms of finance?, or do you think people are just hired, they work, and never get paid?,if the business is for example, going through a hard times financially, don't you think that, hiring more people in such a time is a very wrong idea? When other businesses are laying off staffs in other to reduce cost of running such business, another business have to be extra successful to be hiring more people at such a time.

So, all I can say is that, lightlord possibly is aware of all the issues and also knows what to do, all we gotta do is just be patient while he fixes things up, and even he eventually thinks that hiring more people is the solution, then I trust he will do that definitely.

There are really those people who do really easily say like this and like that without even trying out to realize that owners itself are aware on whats happening.
They wont really be lasting out long into this market if they arent that wise on the decisions that they are making. There's no sense on adding up more staffs

unless if you are a one-man thing then its upto someones choice. For those users who had been able to affect by some issues then give them some time

If I am not wrong he is aware of what will happen if he is not available for processing but the trust factor differs and it's understandable that he is not going to trust staffs with their cold wallet but still he can't afford to make everything to process manually on his own if he wants to compete with all the casinos that were new compared to Bitvest still it keeps growing bigger.

As far as I can read from the recent update, he is ill due to COVID-19 and that I read from sig thread.

I wonder if anonymouscoward issue got resolved, he hasn't posted anything and hasn't been online for a week. Lightlord was online on February 8 and I assume he ahs been informed by his staff on his gambling site and saw anonymouscoward posts here in the forum. it would be nice if anonymouscoward could update whether his issue got resolved or not.

seems that another hiccup for bitvest here. i can understand that some players are sticking to this old gambling site. but if you feel you are not up to this waiting game anymore, then, just look around in this forum and try to explore your chances in other reputable sites which don't fail to pay their players on time and on a swift manner.
