"You are guaranteed to become Legendary somewhere between 775 and 1030 activity" so you just joined the potential Legendary activity group, you may check every second Tuesday if you become legendary as it is random per user. |

Look at gentlemand, he is currently sitting at activity level 1022 and still a hero member. He will become a guaranteed legendary member at the next activity change. |

All you will know is that you attained legendary position somewhere between 1023 and 1030 (when activity changes). |

IIRC that doesn't make a difference in when you achieve Legendary. The required activity is set once an account is made and does not change, regardless of how many posts are made or deleted. |
