Don't calculate yourself rich already. 

Look at gentlemand, he is currently sitting at activity level 1022 and still a hero member.

He will become a guaranteed legendary member at the next activity change.

Even if you do get to legendary position at 1030, there will be no way to verify it. 
All you will know is that you attained legendary position somewhere between 1023 and 1030 (when activity changes).

you have to die to become a legend, all those on here that are legendary have died and been brought back to continue posting, the forum pays the 1 BTC fee at the river of the dead and you are returned a legend

IIRC that doesn't make a difference in when you achieve Legendary. The required activity is set once an account is made and does not change, regardless of how many posts are made or deleted.

IDK when I am going to get there as there is still a long way to even reach the activity thershold required to be a legendary but I am eagerly waiting for it.Btw how many legendaries do we currently have on forum?

If my activity is 100, my potential activity is 200, and I delete 100 posts, my activity will remain 100 till I make more than 100 posts.

The legendary rank is getting pretty crowded, I must agree. But IMHO legendary is the best title I can think of beside "Old Timer"
