This is what Im aiming for. If i have more bitcoins that supports to buy a house, I will buy no matter what. But its hard for me to achieved this dreamt. I will ofcourse cashout into fiat or if theres someone sells house in exchange in bitcoin this would be nice though.

The OP thinks that the price of bitcoin would reach astronomical figures and sure if you are holding a good amount of coins sure you can make a lot of profit and it all depends upon how capable you are in accumulating the coins and if you are smart enough to do so then you could do what ever you want with the coin.

but i think it is not only depending on the price of bitcoin. but there are so many other factors which  enable you to buy a house  wit bitcoin. for example the place value where you want to buy a house and also the area that how much are is holding the hose

It seems to me that you can buy anything for bitcoin, but the main problem is to find a seller who would agree to sell you something for bitcoin or how to convince the owner of a house to sell you for bitcoin. These are the first difficulties, because few people understand what it is crypto currency.

Yeah I agree, the problem with bitcoin right now is that we can’t really find a right way to spend it, like there is no seller that accepts bitcoin, we can’t use it as a normal currency we can’t buy food supplies from shops or anything, the only thing that I found that I can buy with bitcoin are games, the only option that we have right now is exchanging bitcoin to fait and then buying stuff with it, and I hope that changes in the future.

Ive been thinking if it went into very high figures i could cash out 80-90% of bitcoin and buy a house outright with no mortgage.  Is that even a good idea though? - basically 80% of networth in a house hmmm.  On the other hand i dont want to have a mortgage and im fed up with renting due to landlords, letting agents and lack of control.

It is completely legit.

Investors should never keep more than 10% of their networth in any particular product for too long anyway.

Buying a real estate/residence is a great way of diversification, while also improving you living standarts obviously.

If you can afford house after bitcoin reaches 3000 dollars per unit, by all means go fo it.

Yes the price of bitcoin will always related to the capability if you can buy or not. If you have a lot of bitcoins then buying a house with bitcoin is very easy and if the price go to the moon then it is very clear that you can afford more houses or any property that you want to buy. The main concern here is about bitcoin and not fiat in buying houses so it is always related.

Maybe in a future this process would be easier and maybe political side will implement fee's for bitcoin if you are buying a house or a car depending on a item you are purchasing. I think if cryptocurrencies would be involved in to economimal system like a object or method of payment system we can expect new companies which allow people to spend their bitcoins on different spendings

That is the dream that I have for years. I have thought that by saving some bitcoins I could finally construct a house on my own for my family. But the problem lies not on the value of bitcoin but rather my savings was spent due to important necessities and right now I am not sure that if the price of bitcoin reaches sky high I can construct my house.

In my country you can build anywhere if you can justify yourself as a local worker and your house will be all be self sustainable.   So you dont get to connect to electric grid or anything and must show you can get your own water and so on.  Its a generous offer as its the cost of land which mostly stops people from just setting themselves up somewhere.

Go back a century or so and expanding nations would have the people more naturally provide their own accommodation.  Now its all restricted in most western countries.   You have the same demand as always but with limited supply = sky high prices.

So yea its unfortunate downfall for most normal families.   I believe the advantage now with the online economy is that maybe you can avoid cities and this is your hope to own your house by being somewhere more remote perhaps

That's a good prospect. But let's not just wait for the price of btc to go really high. At this point, we should be saving btcs for the right time so we can accumulate anough to actually buy us a house. I think you missed your chance. Such a large growth of bitcoin which we have seen before will not. You can simply earn money in bitcoins and postpone their next purchase. In any case, be prepared for the fact that the price of bitcoin may rise or fall.

buy a house is not as easy as you'd think. I've tried almost 4 years in bitcoin and I have not been able to buy a house. perhaps because I was too extravagant or anything but to buy a house needs a lot of bitcoin?

Yes definitely if you have a good portfolio with all eggs in not one basket and have a diversified  portfolio then certainly you can buy house etc. Its not just restricted to house alone. If you had invested early in btc and have a good qty by now itself you would have bought a house and a good car as well 

You certainly want to make sure to not put all your wealth in Bitcoin. That is a very dangerous move. I would not even put 50% of my net worth in Bitcoin. As to whether you should buy the house I don't think that is something people on the forum can decide. You really need to do a cost-benefit analysis and decide for yourself.

You can anything but you should make more profit. If the price of Bitcoin is getting high then you should observe more time. In course of time, Bitcoin would be gained more value. So, finally you have to decide whatever you want to keep or sell.

Actually we all know that today is the best time to buy bitcoin since Japan accepted it and adopted it. Next month Australia will also adopt bitcoin as a form of payment in exchange for goods and services in their country. Thus if we buy now we will experience more price spike and possibly it will hit by 3k or 5k $ by the end of the year. If you buy more bitcoins now then by next year you can buy a house.

I would never buy a flashy car even with the price 1 mil per BTC.  You can't drive fast on the roads anyway without being unsafe, it just seems like a status symbol, meh.

If you are renting a permanent house I must suggest you should buy a house, only that if you have a bigger bitcoin balance amount on your wallet. With a bigger bitcoin price right now you can sell your bitcoin balance and exchange it to fiat cash if ever the owner of the house doesn't accepts bitcoin as mode of payment. But if both of you were doing good transactions which an owner of the house to buy knew about btc currency, well it's a good options to do; and profitable to the both of you doing the transactions og house property transfer.
