Buying a house when bitcoin goes up very high I think is a good idea but you should convert it into fiat first. You must do that since theres no one who will accept bitcoin for a real estate. I think buying a house is a very good idea specially if you are just renting a house, you would save a lot of money if you do that. It also will give good feeling to ya, since you won't need to worry for a rent anymore.
you are right if someone want to buy a house you will must convert their bitcoin into fiat because i do not think that people will sell their house with bitcoin because some people do not know about bitcoin that bitcoin si which type of currency and how to use it and i think maximum people will sell their house with cash payment . Should be for now because we do not have a choice to but to convert our bitcoins to fiat, in the future maybe when bitcoin will be regulated we can buy a house with our bitcoin. What we have to do now is just to earn bitcoins as much as we can since the price is good and when the time will come we can buy a house easily. |

yeah if you buy nbitcoin in huge amiunt and then bitcoin increase its to higher amount then you can easily buy a house through bitcoin and bitcoin will be more increase its price to higher amiount.

I hope it will be available for us to buy a house using bitcoin. But before it will happen definitely we need to invest a lot and profit more using our bitcoin.. this might take years or decades before you can buy a house. For me, It's not worth to wait for that time. |

Regardless of how you buy your house, you're going to have to pay taxes on it when you sell. If you're buying a house with bitcoin, you're still going to use the USD equivalent for tax purposes. All real estate transactions are registered with a county or local government office, you cannot buy a house anonymously.

If Bitcoin goes up very high should i buy a house?
Ive been thinking if it went into very high figures i could cash out 80-90% of bitcoin and buy a house outright with no mortgage. Is that even a good idea though? - basically 80% of networth in a house hmmm. On the other hand i dont want to have a mortgage and im fed up with renting due to landlords, letting agents and lack of control.
How high is your expectation bitcoin could hit? If the price could hit 50k usd then why not biuld a house. But if the price stuck at 900usd then better to save your bitcoin for a years until the right time comes. |

Bitcoin is an excellent place for used or profiteers to enrich themselves. So if we want to buy a home or search for profits and become rich then bitcoin is the perfect solution. But it all is not something easy if do not want to work hard, because all the things we cannot do well is definitely not going to yield good results. I certainly believe in Bitcoin, but my predictions are not so optimistic to believe that the price of Bitcoin will become very high. I do not think that one day it will be possible to buy a house for Bitcoin. I mean a good home

If you invest a lot in bitcoin and make it double or triple your profit when the price goes 3 times high well buying house is a good idea and i think house and buy more house and lot can make you your own business make it apartment and sale rent it to other just make it business and make it as passive income..
It will be good as business if you have lots of house.. that you can offer it to other people to rent your house.

Well if it goes up very high don't you think it is because of the rise of demand? If that is the case then isn't it right that anyone is willing to accept Bitcoin as a mode of payment. But in terms of a stable currency than you are right that you need to convert it to Fiat so that when you are buying a house the value of your money won't fluctuate and it is easy to budget your money because it is stable. |
