If Bitcoin goes up very high should i buy a house?

It's very very good purchase, you should buy a house for sure, but no need to do this when you are not sure it's a good for you, but if your life will not change in bad side, do it.

Bitcoin price may can increase in future However We can't able to buy a house or anything which is involves some legal issues. Because bitcoin is not has been announced as centralised. If not You will not able to buy a house.

If you can be still buy house using bitcoin if you are lucky that you are holding a lots of bitcoin you can make more profit to convert your bitcoins into fiat that you can use to buy house.

if wait for bitcoin prices rise very high, it may take a long time and also you must have a lot of bitcoin.
so if you want to buy a house I think you should be able to get a good profit in the short term. so it does not depend on the price of bitcoin to buy a home.

No problem on waiting for the price of bitcoin to rise even in a long period of time as long as we can see that it will be realize. I believe real believers are willing to wait because the future of bitcoin is good.

If I can get 250 bitcoins then I can buy a small house here in Cyprus. It's a pipe dream of course but I would love to buy my own home one day but chances of me getting anywhere near that is like winning the lottery..a very fat chance lol.

Buying an house is a nice investment. It takes away a bit of weight on your shoulders by cutting in some monthly payments, some get replaced.
So yeah I'd probably pay off my mortgage and enjoy life more. You'll have more money left every month like this.

As some people said when you buy a house a lot of the cost what you usually pay for rent/mortgage goes away you get other costs but they are not anywhere near the same price.

I think I should follow you, that is one of dreams too when the price of bitcoin will skyrocket and I will make good money on my investment. Therefore I am patiently waiting for the price to rise and no matter what crisis will come I will not lost my faith.

You still have extra cost with a house and liability remember.  Housing insurance, any maintenance, any set up costs legal etc.  

I rent currently very cheaply and i also use my place as a storage.  Its not so bad renting if you can get a good place for cheap with a decent landlord.

Having your own house is so convenient, you can do what you want with it. You can extend it, paint it, whenever you want simply because you own it. Also, a house could be an investment as well. You could buy it low and then sell it later for a higher price.

I think the question OP is asking needs an answer financial wise, not what can he do with him owning a house besides what you have told about it can be also done by renting one, it depends on the agreements. But yes OP is right about buying a house to don't have a problem with mortgages. It's either you have a problem paying it monthly or paying it one time and having not to worry what to do with the monthly mortgage.

thats right the price keeps on fluctuating so better to make a good timing if the price went up to high better to exchange it right away and invest with your dream house mate.

If you live in a place where inflation or fluctuation rate is low in imobiliary sector, you better buy with fiat. But if your currency is the safety port and the aquisition of house are little difficult it's ok. In big cities to buy a house it's a problem, because fluctuation is very high, in up-country the price goes up very slow. So, depending where you live it is a good thing to do. Also, many places has a government  control in the imobiliary market what makes the use of BTC in all sectors very good.

Indeed it is a good plan to buy a house, but the problem on having a house is all the legal fees attached to it.  Expenses with house does not stop after you bought it.  Maintenance, taxes and other legal fees, I would rather invest my BTC in a cultivated land like farm land or other stuff the gives you or produce products that you can sell and earn a profit.  That way the BTC i sold for buying this kind of  stuff keeps producing more earning for me.

well to be honest you are right because you would have made way more money if you held those bitcoins till now
