Well, I'm thinking of buying a house with bitcoin bitcoin someday if I am already very much, for now I think the focus on business is a very good thing to do. but if you already have a lot of bitcoin and was enough to buy a modest house, I think it is the right time to buy a house, because it was also referred a long-term investment
I agree, we have the right to dream and it is really needed so we have inspiration in life. But to make this dream come true we should have all the materials needed to fulfill it. If we are lacking something then we have to work for it. Just waht hawkins said, if you have not much of bitcoin then, don't wait for it to become 10,000x higher instead work for it to multiply a thousand fold. Yes, having big dreams based on bitcoin is not wrong. But having only dream with bitcoin but not taking any necessary steps must be wrong. We need to work hard in order to have enough bitcoins to fulfil our dreams. Without hard work we will not be successful even we are having the better system bitcoin. To have our team into real, we must work hard to have all the required things particularly more number of bitcoins. I think you should buy your own house. Renting apartments should be just temporary and eventually you have to buy your own house. Why? Because that apartment will never be yours, unless you and the landlord has an agreement that if you stay for x years, the apartment will be yours.
Having your own house is really necessary. You can always get people over, decorate your house, extend your house, plant fruits in your garden, etc. You can basically do whatever you want if you get your own house.

Buying a second house is not always because people need it - it is because they would like to have some exposure to real estate. If Bitcoin goes up very high, it makes sense to diversify your exposure. |

I am not sure what I am going to do with my Bitcoin but I have a long time to think about it.
Well I am living with my mom and my sister and I think I would consider buying a house for myself if ever that bitcoin price is so high and if I have a huge amount of bitcoin. But since I am with my family right now maybe I would consider thinking about what it would be the best thing to do with my bitcoin. Like I would put up a business first before buying a house. That way I could earn more and can prepare for the future. |

you can buy anything you want not limited to the house only.as long as bitcoin is accepted in many merchant you can buy anything. that's not supposed to be the question because it obviously you know the answer.just my one cent.
Yes you can buy but only when bitcoin is accepted as a direct payment method in that particular store otherwise first you have to convert bitcoins into local currency of your area and then buy what you want. And one thing more price is very important because if bitcoin's price is high then you can buy thing in less Btc. There's really no way we can buy a house with our bitcoin with the current situation, we would not agree legally because buying a house is not just simply like buying a candy, there are always tax issues involve and we need to comply with the tax laws to make it valid or legal. but i think if a person change bitcoin in to their fiat currency then there is not be such an issue which can stop a person from buying a house. but some thing that really matter are the price of bitcoin and the house value if they match then you can really get a house from bitcoin if the price really goes up. |

yes that is the right decision, as you have to pay tax on if you are going to buy a house so must first convert your bitcoin in to fiat and then you have to buy a house with it, Buying a house is already a serious transaction that involves a big amount of money, if you are buyer you need to ensure that everything will be put in legal for your protection but if you are paying in bitcoin, I guess you are at risk to compromise your ownership. |

If Bitcoin goes up very high should i buy a house?
Ive been thinking if it went into very high figures i could cash out 80-90% of bitcoin and buy a house outright with no mortgage. Is that even a good idea though? - basically 80% of networth in a house hmmm. On the other hand i dont want to have a mortgage and im fed up with renting due to landlords, letting agents and lack of control.
if you holds the bitcoin and when the price rise up than then if you got the profit atleast in 10-20 lakh than you should buy a house . it will be worthful thinking . |

Where I am from it is not possible to buy a house with just Bitcoin you need on to trade your Bitcoin first and then just buy the house with money.
Maybe that it can happen in the future but to me it does not really matter that much.

I think buying a home is something that must be purchased for bitcoin users. if I had had a huge income, I would not hesitate to buy a house. because I think the house is a long term investment that you can enjoy with your family. I think you are not touched directly buy a home but keep a little patience and hold your bitcoin to see if the value goes up or not . try to invest in a lot of places to distribute the risk of loss if you redistribute you will be secure from bitcoin price volatility is ongoing .
