In a few years, when the bitcoin price becomes $10,000. I will use the bitcoin to buy a house and have good life.
well bitcoin might not even grow to such huge heights as pretty much anything might happen with the price, in my opinion though if you would have a possibility then you should buy it you shouldn't expect to be able to buy a house with 1 BTC because that will never happen in our lifetime but instead if you work hard and invest enough money and try to make that investment grow by things like trading then in a while you may be able to buy a house with the help of your earning and the price rise, at least that is my plan anyways. |

If Bitcoin goes up very high should i buy a house?
Ive been thinking if it went into very high figures i could cash out 80-90% of bitcoin and buy a house outright with no mortgage. Is that even a good idea though? - basically 80% of networth in a house hmmm. On the other hand i dont want to have a mortgage and im fed up with renting due to landlords, letting agents and lack of control.
I agree with the idea of buying a home, but if you already have a nice house, can buy others such as land, or others. And it would be better to buy only needed, and the rest can be saved for future savings. because we do not know what the financial problems we will face in the future. |

Yes you will but i think you do not need to wait that bitcoin getting high if you have a bitcoin now why are you waiting buy now and you left bitcoin to invest atleast you have a house and you have a bitcoin left to wait the price get high. But if you need a big money on that just wait the bitcoin to double your invest for your house.

well bitcoin might not even grow to such huge heights as pretty much anything might happen with the price, in my opinion though if you would have a possibility then you should buy it in fact it is also depending on the amount of bitcoin you have, and the land value where you are going to buy or built house, if you have invested a good amount of bitcoin and the price really increased too high then surely you can buy a beautiful house for your self and four your family. |

well bitcoin might not even grow to such huge heights as pretty much anything might happen with the price, in my opinion though if you would have a possibility then you should buy it in fact it is also depending on the amount of bitcoin you have, and the land value where you are going to buy or built house, if you have invested a good amount of bitcoin and the price really increased too high then surely you can buy a beautiful house for your self and four your family. If Bitcoin was to start going quite high and it wasn't looking like the market has more momentum to push it up even further, I would definitely recommend that he buy a house. If Bitcoin corrects itself afterwards, he has something of relatively immense value, and he would be able to live in the house (or rent it), meaning that he makes even more off of the investment, rather than a necessarily monetary value. Having just a rental property along might be worth it to be honest. |

It would be good to save on rent so i guess i will buy a house when bitcoin hits moon. I really just dont want a mortgage if possible but i might just have an irrational mortgage phobia, to cash buy a house for most of networth could be bad, i dunno, never really understood mortgages and housing.

Yeah many people are interested to buy house with bitcoin i have a friend before here that he selling house and lot for bitcoin he offer how much bitcoin they need to pay in few months someone are interested to buy and sold.. So i think they dont need to wait for the price to be high unless if you are a trader and looking for extra profit with your bitcoin.. |
