Sorry if I missed it, but why are we being charged BTC0.0025 per withdrawal still?

Hi Burnside, could you comment on that?

October 13 Update

Monday we will start deploying the first batch of finalized hardware, amounting for 10 TH/S.
According to our estimations, we will reach 3 TH/s on monday, and about 5 TH/s  within Saturday.
Within Saturday 19, full hashing speed of the first batch will be deployed. a
We will receive more batches of hardware in the following weeks and deploy it accordingly.

This week dividends deposit on btct.co has been "confiscated" by Burnside, thus we were unable to push it to shareholders.
Given recent developments at bitfunder we are again looking for a platform to move our shares.

Good to see your back

Can you go into detail about how it was confiscated?

Transaction https://blockchain.info/pl/tx/3f22c73e677709ce39dfba1b23d6f5e1923238e7566d25dc806812af4e72856f never showed up on btct wallet.

I was just fishing for information.  I hope you realize that Labcoin shareholders know almost NOTHING about this security, things we need and desperately want to know.

We have learned, and uncovered, the fact that almost NOTHING in the BTC-TC security contract is accurate or true in any way.

-H.Z. Wang has verified to us that Labcoin never took receipt of his finished chip design.  Who's gear are you hashing with?

-Why has 65nm development been suspended?

-Why do you refuse to properly identify (video skype) yourself?  Video chat with TheSeven right now.  Prove you are who you say you are.

-What's the fund address?  Show us the money.

-We're down to 10TH now?!  What happened to 50?

- Someone else completed his work. We are hashing with our own gear.
- Resources are used according to priorities. Development will restart next week.
- My identity will be proven upon a meeting with someone nominated as a community representative when we open our mining facility.
- I need to shuffle funds located in different wallets  for which i don't have control now.
- We are not down to 10 TH, this is the first batch total hashing power.

Burnside, as you can see, Labcoin is not making the addresses holding the funds public as he states he does not have control of the wallets.

Can you please share with us the address the IPO funds were sent to so that we can trace them?  This is crucial if the company does not have control of the funds.  We must be able to monitor them immediately.

Burnside, this is an urgent matter.  Sam of Labcoin has claimed you confiscated the money he sent to the site to distribute as dividends.

I would expect you'd want to clear this up as quickly as possible.

Honestly, I wouldn't consider this "urgent".

We're talking about reputation of burnside vs. reputation of... labcoin? srsly?

So Burnside shouldn't want to clear it up a quickly as possible?  He should prefer to let it go unresolved?

It's not Burnside vs Labcoin, it's Burnside taking care of shareholders on his site vs not taking care of shareholders.

Nefario: You are obviously unqualified to be anywhere near a project of the complexity of an exchange, even for play money (which I suspect BTC are, for most of you here, at least judging on behavior records).

If that is the way you speak to someone of Nefario's standing in the community  I wonder what you speak to your customers like. There is no need to descend into a slanging match.

There's plenty of history to learn from 'round here.

I'm just saying that you have no need to hurry him, I'm pretty sure that he would be addressing the problem as soon as he can.
And I'd also bet on the problem being labcon's side, of course.
So, nothing to worry about. I mean, nothing to worry on top of the worry you must already have being a labcoin victim investor.

Uh, first time I read something worthy from you, I appreciate that.

However, so far, burnside hasn't stolen anything, and the only "risk" that someone still has on him is AM-PT, which if he didn't cheat us should soon be converted into direct shares.

So, apart from the security issuers who lost the 5 BTC they paid as fee, everyone should be fine.

Yeah, let's provide just half the story.  Where's the other half about how he was running a fractional reserve, shutdown the site overnight, and didn't give anyone time to download their account records or withdraw their coins.   Undecided

Methinks they should hit the refresh button on the wallet page before making silly unfounded accusations.  (no, the account is not really XXXlabcoinXXX.)  Smiley

He said perfectly clear that he can't log in or reset his password.  How much more *exact* could you be?

The logins and password resets are working as well as they normally did.  Which still leaves lots of things that could go wrong.  Repeat attempts will lock you out, or the email might be sent but not arrive, or the email might get eaten by a spam filter, etc.  In general it's tough to give good advice as to what to try next without knowing some detail as to what specifically has been tried already and such details are probably better left to a PM I suspect, which dadach did send and to which I've replied.

So hopefully we're good for now.  Smiley

Hi burnside , I need 2FA reset , my phone is broken , I already sent a request in the website but not response yet , can you please reset it ?

The process now is accelerated to work in 3 days instead of 30.  It works as such:

- Submit request at https://btct.co/resetRequest
- An email confirmation is sent to the email address on file.
- You click the link in the email to confirm the request and start the reset countdown.
- About 3 days later you receive an email from us confirming the reset is complete.

If you did not receive the confirmation email, check your spam folder.  You had to have received a similar email to activate your account.

If the email still did not come, you can try again.  If it fails a second time (give it an hour or so to show up) then you can PM me your email address + login name here on the boards and I will forward you a similar request personally.

There will not be any kind of resets done without the email confirmation (automated or manual) and the subsequent 3-day wait.

Cheers.

Have the regular AM shares been converted to direct shares yet?  Anyone know?

We explained our plan in the ASICMINER-PT thread.  I expect to be compiling a CSV of transfers for Friedcat tonight or tomorrow.

Hope that helps.  Smiley

Has the share transfer gone through yet? When/how will we know that it is done?

Did you receive this weeks dividends directly sent to the address you set in BTCT?  If you did, it has gone through.  If not, it hasn't.

I can tell you that at least some of the transfers have gone through because my dividends came direct from ASICMiner this week.

Hi Burnside.

I wonder if You will be able to disclose more details in the future on winding down the site.
Maybe even write a book about it? Smiley
It would be far more interesting and authentic than those silly stories of jobs, "methinks" Cheesy
