leoagro = YOu need to have 10 000 coins to be a master-node and wait until it syncs. It takes time to sync, just leave client open. Or you can download a block-chain manually for faster sync but its complicated...

Ok thank you guys, it's worth buying at that price and becoming a masternode, I speak in terms of income, and what is the possibility of entering into an exchange with higher trading volume

You are definitely right, it is normal warning, not troll. Expanse was Ethereum fork and it had huge pump in early of 2016, after the Ethereum huge pump, after that EXP was dumped to null.

you can do the math with up to date reward information from stat page:
http://178.254.23.111/~pub/DN/DN_masternode_payments_stats.html

i can't answer your question about other exchanges but at current state i guess bittrex is enough.

pivx is only about a year old so you should think and plan your investment for long run and not short term profits (just my advice You should always inform and decide for yourself for any blockchain related project)

things to come in future:
https://pivx.org/what-is-pivx/roadmap/

have fun

PIVX is in serious hype mode, and after this wave of hype, PIVX will be one of the largest altcoin? Or fade away soon? I don't know, just good luck.

Roughly how much % more reward do you get running a PIVX Masternode compared to just staking ? Does the computer have to be on all the time for a Masternode or can you switch it of at night for example without problems ?

I BELIEVE it's approx 1.5 PIVX more, so about 20%?  Don't quote me on that though.

For the real-time stat: http://178.254.23.111/~pub/DN/DN_masternode_payments_stats.html

You would have leave your computer always on to run masternode at home. You would never earn any rewards constantly restarting a node.
