Be patient. Rome wasn't built in a day. I'm sure Polo is looking at PIVX and it's just a matter of time before it's added.

CORE CLIENT OUT OF SYNC

I installed PIVX Core Client (WINDOWS 10 - 64 bit) it started to sync, after 30 minutes half a year was synched ... then the computer was running 8 hours, and now ist says still "wallet out of sync"
syncing progress bar shows 37 weeks missing with no change. internet connection ist fast (40 MBIT)

Restarting the Computer did not change anything .....

What you thing is the problem? How can i fix it?  Huh

THX

The dev has posted a snapshot from the chain. you can find it on https://github.com/PIVX-Project/PIVX/releases

just copy the files to your appdata\roaming\PIVX

Make sure you have a backup of the wallet.dat file!

Why blockchain sync isn't going straight, but requires downloading a snapshot?

I guess some of the causes could be related to your internet connection and/or your hardware...
The fastest way to get your wallet sync is getting that snapshot... I've done that before and works very smooth.

If all goes well, PIVX should have a new wallet with budgeting & stability fixes within the next 2 weeks according to core dev.

PIVX STAKING

I dont get it - how many PIVX do i need in the wallet and why do you get an reward Huh

If i put 1000 PIVX in my wallet - how much will staking be per day ?
I received a stake reward after a full day. Make sure the arrow is green at the bottom of the wallet. Your coins have to be mature otherwise the arrow won't be green

Proof of Stake is a common method to secure the network and stuff

Please read here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Proof-of-stake

why should you leave your pc running/wallet open without any reward??

From my experience you will stack 1x (or 2x if you are lucky with 10000PIVX) a day, so for 1000PIVX you should expect a stack every 10 days or so...

What exactely you mean with "Your coins have to be mature" ? When are coins mature???

I think your transaction need to have at least 101 confirmations. You can check that in the transaction tab

That sounds great. Good to see that the dev is making progress

We have all been working hard to make the wallet more efficient, and importantly more stable. Unfortunately, testing is a slow process. We want to make sure we have everything in a good tested state before we release the wallet. So hopefully soon.
