EverGreenCoin is a currency designed from the ground-up not only to be an environmentally friendly currency but, an environmental movement and paradigm shift.
With both the electrically and computationally efficient and secure algorithm of X15 Proof of Work and the generously rewarding 7% Proof of Stake the foundation has been set.
On top of that foundation, we leverage renewable energy in ways our planet has never seen.
EverGreenCoin is turning the mining and cryptocurrency industry on its head.
From an industry that wastes electricity in the grandest scale, and in-turn our planet's finite precious resources lost forever to produce that electricity, to a profitable and prosperous endeavor for both our planet and its people.

Thank you for quoting so the graphics could be seen, Kevin. It is important to note that the cannabis industry is not the only industry. Renewable energies and environmental causes are also going to play a big part in the EGC ecosystem. EverGreenCoin is for all green causes.

To give everyone fair notice. Specs are still debatable. Wallets are still being built/compiled/changed/recompiled. Systems are still being made. Contracts and negotiations are still being made on some big things. Of course I can't speak in detail of these contracts yet but, details will be coming out over the next 3 weeks prior to launch. Much work has all ready happened from a business standpoint.

I pushed my manager to go ahead and let me pre ann a month prior to launch so everyone knows EGC is coming and to get feedback prior to nailing down the specs. Better early than never.

Point taken and I will bring this up to my manager. We, at one point, had the PoW phase at 6 months. We opted to open this window wider to allow for late adopters of mining to mine EGC. Our thought was, a lot of people are still just learning of cryptocurrencies, let alone, how to mine.

Thank you for your wishes of a successful launch. All the pieces for just that are falling into place. In regards to PoS and PoW we are debating two PoW periods with PoS in between. The first PoW shorter. Nothing concrete as of now.

OP edited to give a more accurate depiction of when items will be made available in relation to the EverGreenCoin launch.

PoS is fixed and matured (in 60 blocks) blocks or fully confirmed (in 7 blocks) coins can be staked after the minimum stake age of 24 hours is fulfilled.

There is an EverGreenCoin Foundation that will receive 1 EverGreenCoin (2% of the 50 EGC block reward) each mined block. The EverGreenCoin Foundation's purpose and use of these coins will be to promote EverGreenCoin. The methods the EverGreenCoin Foundation achieves this will be fully transparent. The first will be supplying the EverGreenCoin Faucet that will be made available at launch.
