From what I have seen, eth is the most profitable mining avenue currently but the stats could lie.

It might still be the most profitable coin to mine, but the profitability is reducing very fast. The difficulty is rising fast.

The 280x are becoming less profitable week after week as it has small memory bandwidth and size.

Did anybody see the eth mining with 4GB card has a drop of hash rate similar to that of the 3GB cards?

point is 4gb will be efficient only if the mining remain viable for a year. 3 gb will be least efficient due to large DAG file

I don't understand.
is there an coin more profitable to ethereum?
with GPU mining

I'm sure there are such coins.
But if you'll get the answer here like "Coin XXX has more profit that Ethereum!" it will not be profitable in few hours  Grin

It depends on the market cap of that coin. If it is as big as Etheruem and is still pumped, then it will be profitable for some time.

with GPU, the ethereum is more profittable coin? now?

The price of Ethereum drops below $10 now. If it drops to $5, it will not be profitable for most miners.

If a miner pay less than 0.08 dollar per kWh, it is still profitable for them if the difficulty does not rise.

I think by next week we will see hash in 2th range so it is marching right on up at a steady pace.  Price has fallen so everyone is earning less, but these big players don't care.  In about a months time maybe 2 mining ether will be in the slim profit margin Regina, so in total there will have been 4 or 5 months of worthwhile mining.  That is if price doesn't go up and especially if it continues to fall

That is also my main concern. I hope the recent price drop will make people to think not to build more new rigs.

no i still have the same hash with my little 970 farm, 22 mega on all the gpu, to saturate the 4gb you need two year at least, and etheruem is going pos before one year will pass

The 280x has 3GB memory, the mining speed has already dropping from 26MH/s to 21 MH/s. So maybe it is not the total memory.

Hard to say besides people are dumping,  also seem to be doing a bit of panic selling today, the price is around ~$9.30's.  Coin traders are irrational people that buy high and then short moving money from weak hands to stronger ones.

is it obvious that only DAG size / difficulties effects hashrate ?Or the hashes depend on other thing also.
What is the fastest miner and best pool to mine now ? It seems dwarfpool is having some issues with stats. Earning is getting worse on daily basis but It seems pool is also very much important

If history repeats itself we will soon see next BTC bubble. Speculators move to BTC, also from ETH.
