Yankee here will fix your messed up order if you provide your Order ID. it might take longer than normal on weekends... they prob only ran out of btc because of the whole halving scare, this is not normal... so because BitInstant runs out of btc do I pay for that? I paid for x amount of btc at a specific time that were worth a specific amount and I end up getting them 30hrs later for more because of their delay?

I emailed my order ID to the support 30hrs ago. This is just ridiculous.  Angry

My issue was resolved as well, thank you!!  Took quite a bit of time, I mean its the fastest way I've used to get cash to bitcoins but the way the service is advertised lead me to believe everything would be processed within an hour...  Is this normal processing times going forward or were you guys having an issue?  Just want to know what to expect going forward so I can better plan things

Thanks for your help Yankee

Hi Yankee, if you could please help me.
I had a transaction tuesday that failed because for the email destination there was a mistake. (bitcoin to email).
I was emailing back and forth with Rachel from support, and she said she would send over the Coinapult link so i may get my coins. Unfortunately i havent heard back from her since Nov 30th.

I read that you had a show in China so that may be why, but if you could send the link over that would be great.
Here is the Order ID: 179f6697-d132-4d2b-8fee-f2f63352c4a1
Needed them sent to besc09@tormail.org
Thanks!

Just wanted to say that I used bitinstant today using cash -> bitcoin to email...  The funds were available before I got home from the store I used for moneygram. Literally in about 10 minutes.

That Rocks!

Very first post on this forum . . . hello all.

I'm having trouble processing a BitInstant transaction this morning as well.

I attempted to transfer from Dwolla to Mt.Gox and received the "Dwolla failed verification - unable to locate" then "Failed verification too often - giving up".

Of course the funds have already been deducted from my Dwolla account and now I'm freaked out about losing my money!

I've got a support request in, but I figured I'd post here too and hopefully this can be resolved ASAP.

My Order ID is:   92fc6a5b-ea6f-497b-81d2-e5df94b32135

Yankee please help . . . thanks!

Excellent!

Yes, I see the funds in my Mt.Gox account now!

Thank you so much Charlie for your prompt attention to this matter.

I'd also like to process another transaction today . . . Do you expect that it will go through okay or is there some glitch with the Dwolla > BitInstant process?

I'll give it a try and post here to let you know how it goes.

FYI, I have used BitInstant many times and the process has always been flawless and timely.

For that I offer much appreciation!

Thanks,

Hello Again Charlie,

Sorry to bother you again, but my subsequent transaction isn't going through either?!?

Again I get the message stating "Dwolla Failed Verification" then "Giving Up".

If you could help me out again and nudge this transaction along it will be greatly appreciated.

This time the Order ID is:   71292cc8-0f3f-4d90-8307-4b7e1c5427f8

Excellent!  Excellent!  Excellent!  The transaction is all set now.   Grin

There may be a glitch happening, but you guys are certainly on top of a workaround!

I couldn't ask for better support/resolution!

Thanks SO MUCH for your help!

Take Care,

I just payed money through MoneyGram to ZipZap Inc which is what BitInstant brought me to so I could pay for my Bitcoins. I had chosen the to have the Bitcoins sent to my wallet, but the Order Execution failed. What does this mean? Did BitInstant rip me off or will I get my BitCoins? I have used the "contact us" on BitInstant with no reply.

Thanks
