The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

Just got home from work and still nothing.  Filed with the BBB as promised.  Its a shame this company could not provide an ounce of customer service.  You have $320.00 of mine.  Finish the transaction or at least let me know when there will be a solution.


Hey man did you ever get any results from them ? Did you ever get your BTC. I just lost 200 to these people.. I am very mad..They say that they have pushed them through and nothing happened..

No I never got my coins.  The only response i have gotten on this matter was over a day ago when Yankee said he was looking into it but never offered a solution.   This is getting ridiculous.


Update:  Received Bitcoins.   Just be patient if you did not get your Bitcoins.  One way or another Charlie will take care of you.

I have sent my info in the other day to let these  guys know that i still have no coins..I bought 200.00 $ worth and now i have nothing. it may seem like nothing to them but i am not rich.,
Please i have talked with you guys before and they all promise that my coins are on the way.This seems like a scam .If you guys are not goint to give me my coins then just let me know.
i cant believe what a hassle this is ..! this has been..I have used this site many times before...what is going on ?!
I dont want to create problems i just want my coins nothing more.

I wish I would have come here before making my own transaction today.  Seems that something is going on over there, because like someone said earlier, this is fairly unusual.  Same problem for me it appears with a confirmation email coming from ZipZap, but nothing from BitInstant.  I did manage to trade emails with one of their support staff though, who said that he'd have to forward my order to their Tech Support, who will supposedly manually transfer my outstanding funds.  He mentioned it would take a day, which I was initially quite irritated with, but after reading some of y'alls horror stories, I'll take it.

Hmmm, Is BitInstant staff on vacation?  Looks like there have been no replies here for a few days (highly unusual) and also no refilling of reserves (also highly unusual).

Most people here have been replied to via PM. We had both BTCe and Bitstamp most of the day, now both are out and should be filled overnight.

I am getting fed up with this.I bought 200 $ worth of BTC and have been robbed.I know how to use this system.I purchased the BTC through moneygram and zipzap and have never used any other way so i know this is not some newb  mistake..No confirmation and NOOO BTC..!!!I waited a few days and now im shit out of luck. Hey guys,

I created an account to voice my concern. I also am having issues with BitInstant. I sent $105 via MoneyGram ---> ZipZap ---> BTC wallet. I received confirmation emails from ZipZap, and usually BitInstant has my funds available or confirming by the time I get home from sending the money. This was not the case this time. I asked their LiveAgent and he said to look out for it and if the funds weren't there the next night, I'd get a refund.

It's the next night, and I sent an e-mail and got the same response. Wait a night and get back to us. I'm waiting for another reply. It's frustrating because I watched the BTC price fly around from slightly over $26 to slightly under $23 and then back up again. If it drops again before I get my funds, I might not be able to spend them how I intended to and therefore I'll have to make ANOTHER purchase and pay more commissions.

I know $105 is not a ton of money, but I've probably bought more than $4,000 worth of BTC over the last 6 months with BitInstant. I'd hate to lose that relationship.

Me and a friend made a purchase of bitcoins through bitinstant at the very same time.  His was for about 95 dollars of which he received promptly by the time we were back at the house.   Me, on the other hand, made a purchase for about 500 worth of bitcoins.  I have yet to receive anything other than an "Order execution failed" message.
PLEASE HELP!
