Hello, purchased bitcoins hours ago to a btc address and got this message:

Tue Feb 12 01:41:53 2013   a95c3268-9034-4036-9432-d20ba02288a8   Order executed - funds deposited at remote exchange

OrderID: eb7769c4-3bf7-43ca-839d-19c8da776e84

No coins have appeared in wallet address or on blockchain, and no coupon has been sent to my email.

I would be very grateful if this could be resolved asap, thanks for your time.

In order to get the maximum amount of activity points possible, you just need to post once per day on average. Skipping days is OK as long as you maintain the average.

I made a money gram transfer to BitInstant via ZipZap at CVS yesterday. Then received an email from BitInstant with a link to redeem my BTC via Coinapult. When I click the link, the Coinapult page says “You have: 0 BTC.”

I emailed support yesterday and Rachel responded saying that I would receive an email with a new link yesterday. I still haven't received an email with a new link and need to access the BTC asap.

Can you help? Thanks!

My payment went through with zip zap almost 3 days ago.  My merchant order id b99c8fb2-d807-4bc7-949f-b44d1a0bf18f.  I never received my email from bitinstant with the coinapult link.  Any help would be appreciated.


Update:  Received Bitcoins.   Just be patient if you did not get your Bitcoins.  One way or another Charlie will take care of you.

Order received, grant it, it was .5 BTC less than I was quoted, but at least I got them.
Ill be using bitinstant in the future.

My advice would be to be very careful and don't expect instant results.

Hi, I'm a bit new to this, so forgive me if I'm a bit too "nooblike". I made my first purchase of bitcoins a few days ago through Moneygram/Zip zap. I got my coins within a few minutes. Today I decided to make another purchase. I got an email from zip zap saying that my payment was sucessfully processed, and an order update email from support@bitinstant showing the amount as sent. This was around 3:30pm today, and as of 11:04pm (easten) my bitcoins still have not been deposited into my account. Since this is only my second time making a deposit I'm really not sure what a reasonable time is that I should wait before seeking assistance. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated. I'm sure you'll need some information from me in order to be able to help. I'm not sure what, but I have all the documentaion for the order when you need it.

Everyone should keep in mind that the various services bitinstant (and you) use are all often highly variable. The name 'bitinstant' is just a catchy URL/business name. Don't expect instant results...ymmv, especially depending on which of their supported services you decide to utilize.

4 days still nothing merchant order id b99c8fb2-d807-4bc7-949f-b44d1a0bf18f  Bitinstant has been aware since Saturday that my payment has gone through and still nothing.  I am starting to get highly irritated.  There is nothing instant about their service or support.  One big joke.  If I dont have the link to coinapult by the time i am home from work today i will be reporting this to the BBB.

Update:  Received Bitcoins.   Just be patient if you did not get your Bitcoins.  One way or another Charlie will take care of you.

I did a bitcoin to email transfer with bitinstant and then through moneygram and zip zap.  I now have an "order execution failed" as the last entry in the order history.  It says it should take an hour and its been 14 hours and I still have no email for the bitcoins.  Someone please help I needed those bitcoins yesterday.  My quote id is ff5053849e04416f972fc24d137c7c2d

Hello i have a problem...  I ordered 200$ worth of BTC i have been using them for the last couple of months..I paid from "moneygram to zip zap and i have received nothing.. I am getting fed up with this.I bought 200 $ worth of BTC and have been robbed.I know how to use this system.I purchased the BTC through moneygram and zipzap and have never used any other way so i know this is not some newb  mistake..No confirmation and NOOO BTC..!!!I waited a few days and now im shit out of luck. Yesterday I tried my first bitcoin transaction.  I sent cash via moneygram/zipzap to my own wallet.  I received nothing and it said it failed.  I tried contacting thru Live support and all that did was notify me that I would receive a response via email. 

I checked the BitInstant again today and see that I MAY have made an error in sending money directly to my wallet.  The site is not very clear for first time users.  I tried Live Chat again and again there is no Live Chat.  It sent my message along and I will (?) get a response via email.  I do not have an order number as I was not informed to save it.  Again not user friendly for first time users.

Please help, Thank you.

Was told that this is the place to go for BitInstant Support - Order ID: f27847a2-a123-4c9e-becd-08a408f07d32 was placed very early this morning, we were told this issue is being worked, but haven't received any real confirmation, and are getting concerned as it's been almost 8 hours now, when normally transactions are completed in 10 minutes.  Thanks in advance..

Hmmm, Is BitInstant staff on vacation?  Looks like there have been no replies here for a few days (highly unusual) and also no refilling of reserves (also highly unusual).

Just got home from work and still nothing.  Filed with the BBB as promised.  Its a shame this company could not provide an ounce of customer service.  You have $320.00 of mine.  Finish the transaction or at least let me know when there will be a solution.
