What happened with Brazilian transactions? I can't find anymore on your website...

We are working to bring back full functionality to the new beta site.  We're working to fix a lot of issues.  It will take time to bring everything up to speed along with our many new features.

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

I took $123.95 to my local CVS today and made my moneygram payment.  ZipZap's website confirms that the payment was made successfully.  Yet my transaction doesn't even show up in the blockchain, or my wallet.

kevinkrg6@hotmail.com was the email I used.

Good to know, I wanted to get more bitcoin this weekend and was wondering if their system was working or not yet.
Curious, did you check out as a guest like me? Or do you have a bitinstant id?

Has anyone used BitInstant today and had a successful transaction within like 10 mins of doing a Cash Deposit ?

Did you go to CVS today ?

This morning.  But shouldn't my address at least show up in the blockchain?

And I did my Bitinstant Transaction as a Guest by the way.

Here's my issue.  ZipZap says we're all good:
http://postimg.org/image/oztyw99mr/][img]http://s13.postimg.org/oztyw99mr/ZIPZAP.jpg

But nothin in the blockchain (EDIT, NOW IT'S THERE):

http://postimg.org/image/c9pqj61oj/][img]http://s13.postimg.org/c9pqj61oj/CHAIn.jpg

Ok now my address brings it up in the blockchain.  Thank you URSAY for replying so quickly, it's very well appreciated.  I must say hats off to BitInstant because they replied to my Support ticket on a friday evening within about 20 minutes, and shortly thereafter it showed up in the chain.  As far as I know I should be good now, just waiting for it to show up in the wallet, right?

Yes, but my transaction from the other day now lists a manual transaction but no fiat in Gox yet.  Still a work in progress.

Been 48 hrs, any chance I can get some direct customer support soon?
And fyi, yes I've PM'd all info and also submitted support tickets.

Its been longer then that for my original purchase Tuesday at 6pm EST. I still haven't gotten shit. Tired of waiting so I'm filing a refund through ZipZap on the purchase Tuesday and I'm going to do another one and see if it works. If it doesn't work I will shit a brick and literally throw it at someone !

Yup!  Over the course of a half hour went to the site, printed via zipzap, went to cvs, paid up, was trading it on Gox by the time I got home.  Other transaction still pending, but that may be a good thing since I tied all my cash up in BTC temporarily. Grin

Coinapult is a separate company and they need to resolve an issue on their end so we can fulfill your transaction.

Please? Pretty please? Does begging work?  Smiley
I did indeed pay $503.95 48hrs ago.

Just be patient dude.  I've been nothing but chipper to them and I'll have my cash no sooner than anyone else (same $503.95 for me), they just need to work through BitHiccup 2013.

while i'm glad they have processed some, i am absolutely for sure they still do not know exactly what is going on nor how to fix it.

if they did, they would push through all mtgox direct to account transfers... which we have not seen a single successful case of yet.  and if they could identify them correctly they would see my second unregistered transaction likely one or two lines down from the first one they sent through.   since they were paid for within five minutes of each other and had the same destination address, same originating payment information, etc.

i've sent emails.  i've made posts.  i've kissed ass.   i've talked some shit.  i missed out on a great online deal, had my brother even help get btc because of limits, and now i look like an ass trying to explain that we are not getting ripped off.  so for every bitinstant response, i have to go and give one to my brother in law.   what sucks is, i have to try and give him reassurances this will all be okay and BI is our friend.  while, in the real world i get no reassurances... no responses.... and no btc.

sucks, and then some.   i'm really sad to see this happen.  likelyhood it won't ever happen again, but its too much stress to know if i make a big deposit and something DOES go wrong..... i cannot rely on anything BI says about it.  they were my exclusive btc partner until then.   10K in btc acquired in the last month and a half.  blows.

Ursay - If we're seeing manual order in our accounts, any indication when that translates to completed?  Smiley

Thanks!

Thanks!

Some of the orders which we've tried to push thru manually are not resolving as they should.  The devs are aware and they will be looking further into the issue over the weekend.

Hello,

If the site had been through proper QA you would not be asking us how it works.  I could see asking for transaction types etc but not how did you order as guest.  The links all go to the same form....

Has everyone from Tuesday actually gotten their money?  I am being asked if we should start pulling recommendations from the deep web forums to save newbies.  Based on what I have read it seems like not everyone has their cash or coin.  Please correct me if I am wrong.
