Hello,
If the site had been through proper QA you would not be asking us how it works. I could see asking for transaction types etc but not how did you order as guest. The links all go to the same form....
Has everyone from Tuesday actually gotten their money? I am being asked if we should start pulling recommendations from the deep web forums to save newbies. Based on what I have read it seems like not everyone has their cash or coin. Please correct me if I am wrong.
My transaction from earlier this week is still in limbo, however my transaction since then went through without a hitch. So bummer cause I could use the cash in my account before the normal weekend sell-off, however the problem doesn't persist and the system works.

I made a transaction earlier in the week on Tuesday still nothing here. But I just went to CVS and did a cash deposit and it went through to my Mt.Gox in mere seconds I know cause I was checking my account while doing the transaction. At this point to my fellow Bit Coin community I would start just filing a refund through ZipZap as I've already did so today. Might see faster results then waiting around any longer its already been almost 4 days sense this all happened.

Please? Pretty please? Does begging work? I did indeed pay $503.95 48hrs ago. Just be patient dude. I've been nothing but chipper to them and I'll have my cash no sooner than anyone else (same $503.95 for me), they just need to work through BitHiccup 2013. Hope you don't mind if I post on this forum once in a while. Thank you (and was just being comical, lighten the mood) I found it to be comical, the other guy is just a BI supporter. Have they taken care of you yet?

I was just wondering if everything is running smoothly for new cash deposits? I created an order and have my zip zap payment slip email, but not the support email that usually comes shortly after. I am hesitant to go make the deposit since I don't have any of the transaction information on your end. In the past, those emails were roughly 20 minutes apart and it has been well over that. Thanks.
Or does the support email usually come after the deposit??? Anyone? I didn't save past transactions so I can't recall for sure...

while i'm glad they have processed some, i am absolutely for sure they still do not know exactly what is going on nor how to fix it.
if they did, they would push through all mtgox direct to account transfers... which we have not seen a single successful case of yet. and if they could identify them correctly they would see my second unregistered transaction likely one or two lines down from the first one they sent through. since they were paid for within five minutes of each other and had the same destination address, same originating payment information, etc.
i've sent emails. i've made posts. i've kissed ass. i've talked some shit. i missed out on a great online deal, had my brother even help get btc because of limits, and now i look like an ass trying to explain that we are not getting ripped off. so for every bitinstant response, i have to go and give one to my brother in law. what sucks is, i have to try and give him reassurances this will all be okay and BI is our friend. while, in the real world i get no reassurances... no responses.... and no btc.
sucks, and then some. i'm really sad to see this happen. likelyhood it won't ever happen again, but its too much stress to know if i make a big deposit and something DOES go wrong..... i cannot rely on anything BI says about it. they were my exclusive btc partner until then. 10K in btc acquired in the last month and a half. blows.

ursay,
any eta on coinapult?
Coinapult is a separate company. Your issue has been escalated to them. I have no control over their support procedures. However, I think it would be reasonable to allow them 24 hours or the weekend before you follow up with them. I believe your issue was escalated at the end of the day today and I'm not sure if they have people who work weekends.

Okee dokee, I will make my way to the corner store and deposit $. By the way, I know lots of people are upset and I commend you for being here to answer questions and remaining helpful. It seems to me that MOST people should understand that a operation like this one will have growing pains, that you all are doing the best that you can, and to not to shoot the messenger...but people surprise me everyday. Thanks for your help, I wouldn't want to be in your shoes. :-)

Can I please have an explanation as to why I payed cash at Walmart to ZipZap through bitinstant and my transaction failed do to the new bitinstant beta site and yet I cannot be helped by bitinstant customer support? I am instead redirected to now have to deal with Coinapult customer service? I must say I am extremely unhappy with bitinstants service and if I can't get this resolved I will go through ZipZap to obtain a refund and boycott bitinstant.
This is the ZipZap transfer: 80a5f60d-7e5c-4929-93e7-d42fa6574d30
This is the case number: 10012

ursay,
I appreciate you giving some more detail. It is what I need so I can back away from the computer. For a lot of us, where this was time sensitive, we have sat in front of the computer refreshing you site, this site, mt gox, and our wallets just thinking "any minute now."
I see where one of my transaction shows you tried manually, in my account history (some things on teh site are working well). But the other one doesn't show the same "manual" event ID.
The other two from my brother in law. All we have is account numbers. I know one went through. I got those this morning. The other one ( and i don't know which account paid up) was not addressed in your last response. I don't need one. Keep working, just make sure you don''t forget about those two at the bottom where only ZZ acount numbers are listed. They were straight to wallet payments and one went through.
Thanks again. Any news is newsworthy at this point.
Regards.

Problems were only during the specific period on Tuesday (right day, right?), otherwise transfers since then have been flawless. I can provide transaction details for anyone who doesn't believe it. BI is doing everyone right, just with some delays.

I give them respect for giving people the current time btc value, and offering to reverse fees with a support ticket... just sad that I've had this tab open refreshing for 3 days, and afraid to buy future BTC this way.
Great when it works, sucks when it doesn't. But better than CoinBase, buy your BTC right now and wait up to five days to get it, guaranteed! At least BI has a strong track record up until BitHiccup 2013.

I'm pretty much missing $110 and they tell me to talk to coinapult even though it was bitinstant that was down accepting a couple thousand payments. I'll try it again but if this isnt resolved or happens to me again I will have to stop using this site.
