I miss the airdrop

quick few points that nobodys made...
lets say 4000 people got airdrop...many will dump, kl no probs
but what if 4000 got airdrop and added 1btc each for more decred, suddenly we have 4k btc buy support...
even if they buy 0.1 btc worth, 400btc is way more support on decred than almost every other alt on every exchange...
add some whale walls and traders that missed the airdrop and suddenly things start to look very different.
Decred devs have good rep already and im sure the btcdevs have plenty of long term btc holders that appreciate their work on btc.

"The emails are not sent all at once , are sent progressively and are still being sent , will still reach"

So, let's wait...

We have to understand that a lot of Newbie and Junior members or peoples without reasonable online presence can't get a slice. We have to understand that the Devs and Marketers don't want a lot of dumper sockpuppets.

Bitcointalk's activity doesn't mean nothing, since you've done good jobs out there

We are currently working on that function, but it might take a little longer since it's using blake256 algo.

The mining algorithm isn't used to make addresses.

The airdrop sign up was closed 01/17/16. The only way to take part now is by mining decred.

Guys Company 0 spent 415000 in total.

They deserve that return of investment .
Plus 4% holdings is actually valued at 840,000 tokens => 420,000$ approx. It is only fair they hold it. for the POS rewards.
To continue work $10,000 a week is peanuts between 5 developers.Be thankful with what all of you have.

if the token holds up and if the folks who just got 0.49*168 = 82$ for free just don't dump it,it will be good.



 

Probably there are less than 5k early subscribers, so the amount of DCR/claim will be higher. Some predict that there are like 3000 users so people will get like 280 DCR. 100% there will be some week hands, who will dump on the first moment, but looking now on the whole community just a few % of the early users will dump on the market, so in few days the weak-hand coins will be already gone

I got this PM from a guy I don't know with some links. So of course the first assumption is: that's a guy spamming everyone and scams the people with those links.
From what I read now, this airdrop is not for new users? So obviously there was a newbie, who said he is me, to get into the airdrop. I'm not interested in the airdrop.

No need to wait for exchanges.  You may start bidding for OTC trades in this thread, or start one for that specific purpose.

I'm sending reminders to people who haven't completed the confirmation process yet. If you have not signed up for the Decred airdrop, it means someone has tried to impersonate you. If I get more responses from people who have no idea about signing up (and haven't forgotten that they did at some point), they will be removed from the airdrop db. A spot will free up and you can take it if you want. I would encourage you to take their place if the project appeals to you - they clearly singled you out for whatever reason. If you are pissed off, I apologise, but I am only going by what people have submitted.
