So why won't Lisk create its own DAO? That thing raised $65 million.

The DAO has raised 7.79 million ETH

7.79 million ETH is not the same as having 81 million USD

If accepted proposals want to pay expenses, then they will have to dump the USD price of ETH down on exchanges in order to get fiat

The higher the DAO goes the stronger the potential energy from the dump to cash out for development funds.

ETH crash is going to be epic imo

that is true. like i always said this eth $800million market crap only have about 2 to $3million dollars cash in hand and it belong to whale manipulators. this mean today is worth $800million tomorrow can be worth $8millions in an instant. all this buy walls are fake with instant removing and adding. this vaporware crap is already dead long ago if we taking out the manipulators, none of the dapp is working, none of the dao is working, wallet look like is done by a 5th grade student, all these go with dead bloatchain.

Stealthcoin, Ark and Safemoon my life 3 investment failures while bashing Ethereum at 0.20cent. Bye bye

753 pages of trolls. Why don't we just wait for 24th May?
I can see LISK having some potential than other sidechains.

All you have to do is look at the Crypti website and read their bitcointalk topic. Real gems in there, like:

FWIW, I looked at the Crypti thread and saw that the entire thing has only 618 pages: it was started on June 16, 2014.

Contrariwise, the Lisk thread has 788 pages as I write this and it was started on January 30th of this year. It's also well above Cryti in terms of thread views.

Individuals that participated in the ICO are going to test the demand for LISK by utilizing the IOU prices that LISK sold for on YOBIT.
The only reason the Yobit price of LISK went down was because the majority of the cryptocurrency world don't trust IOU's from a Russian Cryptocurrency Exchange.
If it was Poloniex, Bittrex, Kraken, Coinbase, the current IOU price per LISK would be at least $3 US per LISK.
After the official launch I going with the range of $3 to $10 US per LISK!

LISK = NEUCOIN  Grin

"promises coin delayed coin  Grin

prepare for the NEXT DELAY  Grin

Well...speaking of delays, I saw an idea upthread to postpone the launch until that June 1st conference. The reporters from The Economist et. al. would be in the same room as a dev launching a new powerhouse cryptocurrency and they'd watch it live!

Sounds like a good publicity stunt to me.
