if LISKHQ changes their decision for launch it cause more panic as they care about the price not the coin thus making it look like this coin was made more money more than for its tech. unless its for technical reasons a delay should be not done otherwise the credibility of the lisk team will be at question and if there is more delays due to technical stuff then it will further dampen investor confidence in do they want to buy a coin which keeps breaking

like i said people 4months + is when youl know the fate of lisk until then expect dumps and the other  ico's to take the limelight

Rise ICO is a joke, but I wouldn't mind another 1 week delay till end of May to ensure ZERO flow of value from Lisk marketCap to Waves & Dao ICOs.
