JL777 is part of the team, that guy has 10 unfinished NXT Assets for which he asked a LOT of money for from investors.
Why would you invest in Waves Like NXT which is a dying platform currently, and the beauty is JL777 doesnt finish anything.
I wouldnt trust this guy untill he finally releases something solid.
Im staying the F away from that lol.
jl777 is an honest guy, very talented, with big ideas. He staked out markers in a whole bunch of connected areas in decentralisd finance and blockchain tech, and he's been doing the yards for nearly 2 years now building the foundations. Most of his assets have public addresses, and all his code is public too. When he finishes Iguana he'll launch InstantDEX, then Pangea poker, then the momentum will gather pace and the whole vision for the SuperNET boots up. I'll admit investing with jl777 requires some patience, but the MGW and SN lite wallet have been out for ages now, and they were proof enough for me that jl777 has the vision and skill set to make crypto user friendly enough for mass adoption. Yes well almost nobody uses that anyway. The thing that bothers me the most is that they keep launching assets and asking ICO money and do dont bloddy finish anything. He keeps hopping to other projects and my big trust in him is long gone. He should've finished what he started first and not keep starting things and dont finish. All those NXT assets feel like money grabbing tactics and not delivering anything. When Iguana, InstantDEX & Pangea are launched things will change pretty quick. It's true a lot of people had false expectations about timelines and deadlines, but jl777 has never really promised those things himself. Crypto is filled with speculators wanting repackaged clones launched for quick profit. I don't mean LISK there, but that's the history of alt coins. jl777 has always been outside that paradigm, since december 2013 when I first saw him. He was always talking about the long term structural foundations for crypto. The falling out with Jean-Luc and NXT over backwards compatibility caused a lot of delays too. To a casual observer jl777 is hard to work out, but to those who follow hime for a while it all makes sense. The last asset jl777 released I know of was 'crypto777' for Iguana, which was 6 months ago. Before that there were assets distributed as dividends for SuperNET holders, so they didn't actually have IPO's. They were paid as 'dividends'. Also, remember that ICO funds collected are controlled by SuperNET, not jl777 personally. SuperNET asset is backed by many non jl777 coins and assets, it's a 'fund', and very public, so money grabbing is a ridiculous charge. The ICO funds are still all accounted for He might be respected but what bothers me the most is that he startes something and doesnt finish then hops to another project and then again and again. How are you supposed to finish something like this. Most investors feel like this and dump the assets look at all those Jl777 assets they went deep red and are now worth shit. Then he started working on iguana and now Waves Seriously? This is just mind boggling lol. I know he is respected and legit but come on finish something. I have been involved in NXT for over 2 years but I am really feeling like I am totally done with it. All the tech they release doesnt get adopted and it feels like they are sailing in the opposite direction.

@LiskHQ a question regarding delegates. When we switch from testnet to mainnet will this just be a client update or will we need to do anything else to switch our delegates from one to the other?

@LiskHQ a question regarding delegates. When we switch from testnet to mainnet will this just be a client update or will we need to do anything else to switch our delegates from one to the other?
1. Update the client on your server 2. Access your ICO account or create a new one 3. Own the fee for the delegate account 4. Register a delegate account 5. Setup your server for forging 6. Forge These will be the necessary steps.

Roger that LiskHQ! One final error up-thread I will correct though is, afaik jl777 is only an adviser to WAVES, they've got another guy doing the actual coding. Lead developer is Kushti = Alexander Chepurnoy http://arxiv.org/pdf/1603.07926v1.pdf who is well known in the NXT community. As long as people discuss using facts I think we're good! I'm gonna be HODL'ing LISK, WAVES, and SuperNET for a long time!

Some advice on Delegate voting.
Don't waste votes on Delegates with terrible uptime percentage!
Also in regards to DAPPS. Would love to see more discussion on ideas rather than delegate discussion, delegates ain't shit without dapps to make this coin worth something!
