The community deserves to know what percentage of validations that LiskHQ are looking for? 92 % or more isn't realistic. When will will you send emails to remind everyone on how to accept & validate their exchanges. Btw the community manager should be involved with this as well. I would suggest sending emails daily to everyone to increase the validation percentages. Personally responsibility is personal responsibility.

100% this is not the problem. How was it determined to wait till the end of the month + maybe into May to wait for these remaining people exactly? How exactly is this delay determined? In particular the 'maybe into May' part? Was a survey done? Did emails get sent to those people and they replied and begged please wait I am on vacation, I am in the hospital?

Prove this wrong by sending everyone an email each day until the 11th, failure to respond, send their funds back to their sending address. Or proceed minus them and include them later on.
THIS! Agree! you can't delay an entire project just cause some were climbing mountains for holydays and forgot to validate the key! It's just crazy and not fair! If i go to watching a movie and it start at 20 p.m. it start at 20 p.m. If i bought a ticket and i forgot to go, it's my fault. Cinema will not wait 200 people just cause 10 of them will arrive lately. Crazy. Just launch and who forgot to claim will do after launch. Simple. |

I'm fine with the delay....just hope the release isn't while i am on vacation....which it seems it will be. That I don't like. I say send the email to those that haven't generated their keys. Give them until April 11, and if they still haven't after multiple email reminders (1 sent every day), then sell their lisk to those that have generated their keys. Let us have a crack at those unclaimed lisk and finalize the 95-100% generation you need to launch. |

yes I think the same thing with you, at least it is not necessary to delay the launch, just keep in touch with them through email and allow time for them to validate Lisk ICO them, because we know no fault also on the development of Lisk, let's wait for the decision very fair to all the Community Lisk also of course that helped in this campaign |

Guys it is not that easy. First and the most important thing is that the project was not only delayed because of the huge amount of unclaimed lisks, but for security reasons. Second it seems like they have decided to be legally-protected due to the fact they have a huge amount of money of unknown people. They delayed the project once so nobody can say that they have not done all neccessary things to wait for the rest of investors. |

In IOTA all the crowdsales member are waiting with patience.
not 15 days late as Lisk, but 4 months and a half.
Software development is not child's play , it takes time and many things can not be predicted.
Many trolls will try to focus on these miserable 15 days of delay, it is part of their job.
I think that they are people who barely know how to turn ON a computer.
You're right. Testing code, refactoring and catch bug it isn't easy work. Devs know what they do. Better delay launch for more stability |

IMO I think you guys are making a mistake by delaying.
If like you say that all the things on the list are not important then there should be no real reason for a scheduled 3 week delay 1 week before the original release date.
You cannot/should not choose to screw over the whole majority because of the decisions made from the minority to not grab their keys. (which could be a delay tactic from shady people) If those people have not figured it out in a month, they are not going to figure it out in another month.
Just dedicate a team member that deals with all key related issues after launch and start the project.
In my business, if you would have done something like this to me and for a reason like this, you'd be gone regardless of how much money you brought to the table.
Some people take timelines very seriously. In the Marine Corps there's a saying. "Hesitation Kills".
You guys got bumped down IMO a few notches.

People relax, There is a lot to figure out for the Lisk team, what they did is prob. a hard decision but a really important and good one! When your in an ICO with this amount of funds raised things need to go well and good organised and i must say there doing a damn great job at that! Think about people complaining after the start about there funds etc. Now they even extended it and i guess no one have the right to complain anymore. Just be patient and you will be rewarded!
