Fuck this shit, im out. Selling all my stack at 70% ico price, fuck you Max.

Why would you left the boat when it's not even launched Huh ? That's a big question. However, if you're still willing to sell a part of your stack, I'm might want to buy it. PM me if you're interested Wink !

- 13% not claimed passphrases: ~1,800 BTC or $750,000
- 56% not validated passphrases: ~7,840 BTC or $3,292,800

At the present time we would have to escrow over $750,000 in LISK, while having the uncertainty of potentially $3,300,000 in incorrectly recorded keys. We feel these numbers need to be reduced.

I ask again (as many others) what is final numbers (or %) in devs opinion before launch? Must be a timeline. A short delay is ok if is not followed by another delay.

That´s the thing, this fucking scammers hijacked my money.

Did your lisks disappeared ? Or is it the delay you're complaining about ? The delay isn't a big problem I think if it can help them building something better. When so much money was invested in a project, you just don't want it to fail !

.
We get MANY (like A LOT!) of support requests every day to reset the passphrases. I already prepared the email list with over 2700 unique email addresses which didn't validate their passphrases, we will send out the first email today.

So if 2700 unique emails all or most do validate their passphrases before the 11th, will you still launch? Yes or No?

What means 'send out the first email today'?

The first sending of the entire list of 2700, or just a part of the 2700? Easier: the first reminder to the 2700 unique email addresses? If so, will there be a second sending of the reminder the next day, and the next until they all respond? If not why not?

Let's not even ask why you choose to delay even before sending out any reminders at all.

At a certain point you'll just have to let idiots be idiots. A 2 week delay (or however long it is), however, is really nothing... not sure why anyone really cares. I just wouldn't go longer than that though. If people haven't validated by then, so be it.

Also, not sure if most realize this, but a delay between an ICO ending and the coin hitting the exchange, usually increases the coin's price. And delays are not due to coin issues, or lack of coding, or whatever (which in theory could hurt a coin's price) as the coin was already made... just a fork of XCR.

a better procedure would be to send emails today, delay one additional week and then it's screw you if you didn't pick up the keys.

Is a big problem when you have a destiny for the money and a balance made. Im not the fucking soros who can throw money in something and wait indeterminately cause he is already rich.

Holding my bag but extremely unprofessional for the kids to make a move like this.
You need to plan ahead and be able to foresee things that will happen.
Young business people make this mistake way too often. And its only experience that makes them learn.
Unfortunate in this situation that all of us investors are on that learning ride with the dev team as well.

Its obvious they are getting input from the community which are most likely more experienced members in their particular fields. Thanks to them for providing the input necessary to improve LISK.

Hopefully there won't be another delay. Plan carefully LISK team!

I disagree, making changes the second time is five times worse than doing it once.
What's done is done, let's roll with it.

this delay indicates to me that the ICO was rushed.

the basics were not in place, and there should certainly have been an incorporated entity BEFORE the ICO.

P.S. i had no clue that validating was a requirement. i thought it was for those doubting that they'd correctly generated their passphrase.

This thread is so entertaining sometimes.

Do most of you people even know what you invested in? A short delay and the *throw my monies at you and now give me ROI* crowd starts panicking. To all you guys, i ask, why? Why do you throw your money at things you clearly demonstrate that you do not understand. Things like not saving private keys make me think if there was any reason other than *making ROI on my monies* that made you even look at crypto.

If a large majority of the lisk *community* is full of such people, then i think there is an extremely exaggerated notion that Lisk already has big *community*. The reality is that lisk will have a large community when the majority of holders are people who understand the crypto landscape, know how to code / test or know how to shut their mouths and accept the risk they took if they have nothing else to offer.

I hope lisk succeeds, i really do. However, i think that it is clearer than ever that there are a lot of weak hands bagholding the ICO tokens that will want to get out cause they don't understand the real risks of investing in a cryptographic software token and are just looking for the next *train* to *hop* on to.

I know people are impatient here, but come on now... 2 week delay and you are already going into crazy mode? Do you have rent due or something? For a project this size, with so many investors, 2 weeks is nothing. It's also counterproductive of course for ICO holders to go crazy bashing their own coin ... play it right and delays increase the value of a coin by the time it hits an exchange.

LISKHQ, consider how many ACTIVE people you alienated because of a small percentage of idiots.  You might do more damage in reputation from the active community then by those who already show they don't care about the future of this project by not doing anything with their keys.

for every 1 person in here commenting, there are 50 more thinking the same thing.

One month is not a "short delay". Also why the delay? To send some fucking e-mails? That´s a joke.
