Well ofcourse that the nano wallet is safe, it is beautiful and nice secure piece of software     And you dont actually hold your lisk in the nano wallet, all you need is your passphrase.  The passphrase is your wallet, write it on a piece of paper and keep it safe,safe safe

The only complaint I have is they are slow in development and lacks good marketing efforts. I hope they rectify both with the new sdk release and rebranding

No. It's DPOS where D stands for delegated. Only chosen nodes get stakes. Lisk holders choose delegates by voting.
