Do you know what TOR is?

   Install tor.

im not sure i have the latest wallet, nope, i dont.
   I dont need to access often..  but its easy.

after you install the latest TOR browser...

  run it.

  and run the verge electrum wallet.

   they talk. (i forget if i had to do a setting to get them to talk...sry)

   but once they are both running, see then.   (the wallet connects/disconnects on its own) it connects as needed.

but it shows your balance.

As nice as whatever Verge is implementing may be, it started as a coin called dogecoindark which wasn't portrayed as a particularly relevant project. Any coin could implement these things. I cannot personally throw too much support behind it for that reason.

I have some from low prices, mined a little too, but I have a hard time supporting this price action and mentality of worshiping John McAfee... cool as he may be.

   it connects when it needs to. not a constant connection.

im in cryptopia.  i get it.    i am also in Poloniex...  i  pull everything out, keeping only minimal amounts at any exchange.

keep control of your own Private keys. etc.

I had a same problem with electrum xvg.it didnt connect to network.I change servers on the red button menu and after that it's stayed connected for 5 minute and after that dc again.I moved my xvg to binance when faced that issue till today that sold them all.after all i realized that it was normal behavior of Electrum wallet for safty i guess.

did you also ...install the TOR browser?



the TOR browser (or tor connection) MUST be running while the electrum wallet is running.

    while BOTH are running, then and ONLY then does the wallet connect WHEN it needs to..

(same with on android(?) with the orbit setup)  i am not familiar with that at all, however.  (i just read a few posts a few pages back about it!)

Press on the red dot and cancel auto connect. Choose 83.169.38.218 and give it a second. It will connect but also auto connect every few seconds. Nevertheless it works, I just send myself 4 Coins for a test and I received them, also will try a withdrawl now, waste of coins but I wanna make sure everything works.
