To everyone having problems with their wallets:
I've been using Coinomi after fighting with the original Wallets for days and I have had not one single problem in months using it.
Shows me all kinds of coins including the $$ amounts.
Just saying.

Hello, I have the same problem of connection on these different servers that I found on https://www.reddit.com/r/vergecurrency/: 83.169.38.218 elec2.verge-[Suspicious link removed] electrum-verge.xyz electrum-xvg.party electrum-xvg.stream Most often, the Electrum XVG wallet does not connect. Just tested a transfer of coins to my Electrum Wallet and nothing shows up. Is it because it's not syncing? Am i screwed? Any advice fixing this?

With 1 Billion Verge volume in 24 hours,
the Verge people need to get XVG listed on
ALL the exchanges in Q1 of 2018 (easily
done) to help fuel its price to the moon.
Take a day and submit Verge to all the exchanges
and get XVG listed on them all.

I have an Electrum wallet seed and I know I was using it a few months ago, now I'm trying to use the regular wallet and the TOR wallet with the seed on a new install of Windows 10 (yes I know it's crap) and it just will not connect. What am I doing wrong - I see quite a few other posts here with people complaining that their Verge wallets will not sync. Is it because the high market volume has crippled the servers?
I would like to mine some again but I'm not leaving it on an exchange!
I have same problem any tell me how fixed??? Backup yours seed 1. User/admin/appdata/roaming then delete folder Electrum-XVG 2. Download Electrum wallet for window, unzip 3. Run Electrum-XVG 4. select Tool/Network uncheck autocnnnect ad 46.163.118.201 the check auto connect It work for me |

Sooo Cool! Just had the best wallet mishap I have ever experienced. I downloaded the Electrum Verge wallet and created an address so I could cold pull my Verge from an exchange and store it cold so I don't get tempted to sell it in the upcoming surge, well the wallet was not connecting and I tinkered around with it for a bit trying to understand what was going on but could not get it to connect - SOOOO I backed up all the files on in a new folder and went to https://vergecurrency.com/ and downloaded the wallet again, and holyyy X-mas - my coins were in my wallet as soon as I opened it. Test complete. Now to send the rest of my Verge to my X-Mas wallet hoping for the snapshot I hear rumor's about that I hope is real. Happy Holidays all! |
