I suspect if there is a decrease in diff in Q4 this year, everything happens evenly to almost all altcoins, but the matter of ups and downs of the diff is a natural thing.

Maybe that is enough for that guy and he have small goal for this investment mostly it depend on our needs what we want to achieve in our life. Although this is not a big amount but not bad if we put small amount on risk.

Like you said it is likely to rise to 1 dollars, because there are many examples of virtual currency, but in the current market is still a little difficult.
