First of all I want to say that I think MP staff, in the end, handled things well. It seems that all the troubles they had, was largely due to an unfortunate coincidence of different circumstances. But MP staff jumped on it, and sorted out all stuck deposits, questions, etc, that people had. But I hope MP can answer some questions I still have about how things went. - Shouldn't MP, considering such a huge maintenance, have kept the old setup still standby. So in case something goes wrong or takes too much time, it can switch back to the old system?
- Why was such a big maintenance planned, when not all support staff was available?
- MP is not just for fun and betting, people actually use it as a wallet. They should have access to there money, always. Especially MP app owners who have lost revenues over almost a week. Why is it not taken more seriously to have an uptime close to 100%?
- Ranlo says sometimes an update consists of "nothing to update you on". I do not agree with that. Sure, you don't have to gives us information about all the inner workings of MP. Some is sensitive company information. But you can name issues, time lines, who to contact when having questions, just stay in contact to the outside world.
For all people who think I'm just whining, somebody said that before in this thread to me, please don't reply. When you have a business such as MP has, you should be prepared to answer such questions. Although you can see that i am quite supportive of MP, i have to agree that some of the things you say are true. Looking from the point of an investor, even i am also quite concern over the maintenance because the longer it is, the lesser the profit. I am not afraid of the team running away but i also hope that updates can be more timely. At the end, i still have to say that i believe this huge decision from MP would be a wise move and MP will achieve greater heights.

Almost done completely downloading the blockchain for reindexing wallets.
We had to download over 100gb worth of data, which was delaying our ability to bring it back up, but we are getting close.
thanks for the updates, when will the new design be out. I got exited when i went to the site only to see the ass crack dude lol. Love the site so the downtime doesnt bother much. (the ass crack is disturbing though)

Look at the title of this thread: "Upgraded Speeds!"
Lol ...
Even the most patient of us have to start exploring other options at some point. As an 'investor' I've got to diversify beyond MP, because downtime like this is just killer ..

You are making this seems like the end of the world, every site will has its own dowtime even primedice and this downtime is caused by something unexpected and not to mention that some of their staff needs to attend a personal leave and that made the downtime was longer than what you expected

UPGRADED SPEEDS ! hahahha It's funny 'cause it's not true So I've refrained from posting any comments for days, being patient. Lost any patience now :-O NOT even because it's been days of this farce but more so because I keep reading "it's fixed soon", "it's fixed today" and then get disappointed again and again. ARRRRGH I also read people saying they got their deposits + grand compensations for this disaster. I don't want even any compensation but why did you not handle my deposit? Instead you answered my support ticket saying "all is save and up soon". THEN the site went down completely ! F*********CK Prediction for today: MP: Oh, nice gonna be fixed today if nothing major goes wrong. Users: yey! End of Day: Damn, something major happened. AGAIN AGAIN AGAIN. We had to download the whole universe with 1,345,674,723,336,111,466,978,888 ExaByte of dataz. hmm yum yum datazzzzzzz. taking agezzzzzzz. HILARIOUS

The site should be back up today, fully operational, we're just going through everything to make sure it is working flawlessly this time to avoid any further downtime.
Thank you for your patience.

^ Can you PM me or post your username please?
Just fwiw, I've been processing any withdrawals users have requested with proof of ownership.
Also, our system is a lot more delicate than any other normal site. We have to cross reference several things and make sure every bit lines up. It would be negligent not to take our time and do so to protect investor's funds and the integrity of the system.
I assure you the downtime to fix a few issues that we had will allow for everyone to benefit in the long term over the lost downtime that we've faced, but everyone is free to make their own decisions as to what to do.
yes yes dogedigital! It's all fine. Please don't get me the wrong way. I was just letting off some steam. You guys are doing a great job ever since i joined MP a year back. It is just very frustrating to be on the wrong side when shit goes down I'm sure you understand. I'll be with you guys in the future no worries. Just let's get this over with :-) I hope ACoinLLC is right Peace

Accessing Bitmine.xyz
"Reconnecting ... Error while reconnecting! If this message keeps coming back, try to clear cache then close and reopen your browser."
I've been getting that same message throughout this 2-week long 'maintenance.' Are you sure it is fixed???

Every bitcoin casino that I know of has had an instance of prolonged downtime. While I'm not making an excuse for Money Pot, one cannot argue the fact that DogeDigital & the MP team have done everything in their power to update everyone and accommodated transactions requests. Be grateful that the owners actually care about their product and they didn't run off as others have in the past. Managing an application of that size is hard work, especially when hundreds of millions of records. Everything has to be verified and validated.

Icedice, even though they are gone now, they were down a few times.
