It's not too unusual. Once a coin goes public there's usually a dump that floods the market and drives down price. Eventually once those coins are recirculated you start to see consistent gains (just like Ethereum's first few weeks). It could be getting primed but so far everything's looking healthy and it's only going to get better. To the moon!

You need to set a value for gas, I don't know what it is exactly. Mine is defaulting to 90000.

you are at block 130 I am assuming you mined these before syncing. Try and open port 17171 or add peers manually.
Do not mine before syncing. We are at block 205942 and moving up now. When you are synced Gas value will be set
for you automatically by the GUI wallet. KR mined while not in sync are not valid on the chain.

who knows about crypto first hand.

There is a lot of interest in the tech, and we plan to be actively promoting ourselves as an alternative.
Look at cloud hosting for example, Amazon got the lion's share because they started first, that however did not stop
Google or Microsoft from offering the same services to get a piece of the pie. Ethereum as well will not
be the only option, very few Ether chains out there now competing for that, some are not even offering any services.

Hello. One benefit imo is that this coin wasn't overvalued before/during launch. The rush to eth tech has been beneficial to some coins and destructive to others. There has and will be time to properly test and implement everything in kr's roadmap to ensure that there will be a stable platform to allow the coin to grow without being forced to navigate crises during peak. Krypton's ready to blow up without imploding and will have stability before eth clones oversaturate the market.

I see lots of sells and the odd buy. People seem unsure of this coin. Will it won't it it needs bigger, or more, exchanges to make people believe. I don't like C-Cex personally but more exposure would help. Bittrex seem a bit slow at adding nowadays so waiting too long for them to add this coin could slow it's progress down.

I'm afraid no serious exchange is going to list it until some substation development is happening. This would definitely increase volume - and that is what exchanges are looking for.
As of now there are virtually no support on YoBit. 0.25BTC or so. This coin has a long way to go. Glad some development is happening though.

Thanks for the refreshingly honest answer and clear plans for this coin. It seems a worthwhile choice as a longterm investment, especially if Ethereum continues on its current momentum.

A little update:

I know most of you expect big exchanges quickly, but as the case with real devs it takes a little more than a green mascot to get listed   
We actually wanted to make contracts on demand, meaning we wanted to sell a contract before deploying it on the KR chain, as making contracts
for hype was not our objective. We still believe that there will be a market for contracts and that is our real target. 

As most of you know the devs behind KR are volunteers, we do have our own work as well, so we are putting as much time into this as we possibly can.
Right now we have deployed some contracts and are debugging them, I am not going to start complaining about Solidity and how hard it is to get things
working, because we love the challenge. As I said before the whole Ethereum code and environment is a work in progress.

I am myself extremely busy on Mondays thru Wednesdays with RL work, but I do meet with the other devs Thursdays thru Sundays. There are a few
things we are working on and it will be done. I also apologize on not publishing my own understanding of Dao's, Dac's, and Dapps, that I will
do this weekend for sure.
