Hi.
Who knows why the transaction coins on Bittrex they require 3000 confirmations?
In other words - time when your getting Krypton on the balance stock exchange can be 5 days.
It exceeds all reasonable time to conduct normal trade..

It is a precautionary measure in light of recent events. It takes about 12 hours I just worked through all of this today, not that bad unless your looking to dump the coin in a matter of minutes.

just like comcast, i worked for comcast offshore taking calls providing first troubleshooting and sending out tech if needed i ask because i know situation like this would end to a big disasters especially to us who work from the web, just good to know that you are safe. keep it up.

Despite last night's hurricane and this morning's lack of power and this coming Monday's bank holiday...

The letter required for a Chinese visa is on the way and I will have just enough time to complete my travel plans once it arrives.

While in China for 8 days, I will not only be attending the conference but, also meeting with potential business partners and investors and also with Chinese coin exchanges.

If I can have KR placed on Chinese exchanges, Krypton will really begin to become popular as 80% of the bitcoin market (and altcoins, imo) is in China.

I agree and now is the best time to buy as the price has dipped below 20,000 sats. I've been buying as much as I can on the way down from 22,000 sats. I still have some KR stuck on Yobit as I still can't withdraw my coins. It says the wallet is in maintenance to deposit but when I go to withdraw it's showing the wallet is working but when I try and withdraw it says " Withdrawal for such currency is temporary off'' so I don't know what is going over at Yobit.

Maybe you could get in touch with them covertress and see what is going on as I have not had any luck with getting an answer from the chat.

Yeah. Krypton is definitely gaining traction and popularity. I hope that soon it will be much more valuable than what it is right now, considering it has a very limited supply, an active dev and a nice community. Looking forward for Krypton to attract developers in order to bring dapps to the platform. A decentralized exchange smart contract would be nice, but it is just a suggestion.

KR is in the process of fixing ETHs flaws. It has to have solid foundations to start development of dapps. Dev team is doing a great job.

Krypton is temporarily moving KR to a POS chain until we can find a way to prevent further 51% attacks.


We are working with exchanges to get this new chain running and a coin swap done.

Later today, I will post complete instructions regarding the KR swap and the new Krypton wallets.

I will also post an explanation of our reason why we are doing this.

In short, Ethereum-based blockchains with low overall network hashing power are completely vulnerable to this new type of 51% attack. Forks of ETH-based chains can be manufactured offline and moved into production with sufficient hashing power. At this time, there is no way to defend against this.

The Krypton Team is working hard to find a solution but will not risk your KR being stolen.

For this reason, we have halted trading on both Bittrex and Yobit and will be doing a coin swap to a POS (proof-of-stake) blockchain.
