So here I am. This is with sadness that I won't be able to use the Cryptopay debt card anymore. Unfortunately your card issuer cannot accept expired ID documents. They look at the date and don't accept such an ID. I have to provide a passport or driving license instead, and i don't own any. The funny things the gov doesn't want to renew my card because the card is still valid so no reason to give me a new one.

I'm interested in what's going on with last four decimals on my BTC wallet. I use cryptopay wallet for direct deposit from casino, games, faucet etc. because fees have become high for transactions from other wallets For example I receive 0.00019999 BTC and my balance is 0.0001BTC If I use address for $ can I transfer balance directly to my debit card also?

The thing is that our system just doesn't process BTC transfers of amounts with more than 4 decimal digits. Yes, you can transfer directly from your USD wallet to a USD debit card, there will be 1% loading fee taken and no currency conversion fee!

I was wondering, after debiting some amount to our vcc, can we transfer it back into our btc wallet?
Hello, Arteleon. Sure! Simply use Card Unload feature and choose your Bitcoin wallet as a transfer destination. The exchange to BTC will be performed automatically.

I've been looking for a reliable BTC-to-fiat debit card provider to use in cases where a merchant will not take crypto directly.
I read a lot of reviews and it seems that several providers have come and gone, apparently under coercive pressure from the banking/fiat system.
Eventually I wrote to one of the high-profile card providers expressing interest and asking for some specifics. They did not (yet) reply, but it's been a while - bad first impression.
On the rebound then - Cryptopay caught my eye as a strong player so... may I have a promo code so I can try the service. Thanks!

Hi! As per your request, the Promo code has been sent. Should you require any assistance feel free to ask Thank you - that was very fast. One problem though - I got the pm, but as far as I can tell there is no actual code in it. Did you perhaps forget to include the code?

I am glad to see that you guys are still around. I been in and out of Crypto since pretty much since the beginning, and have seen many company's come and go,So its good to still hear a familiar company name still going strong. Well as you can see I am back again since BTC is getting close to the $2-k price range. lol {Took a Min} Now I think I would like to spend a little finally, and your card sounds like something I can really use. So if you can so kindly Pm me a code and link to your site I would like to try your service and would love to give some good feedback. Thanks ~Cryptomann

Promo code has been sent. We really hope you will enjoy using our card! Thanks, got it this time. I found it easy to sign up to the site. I noticed a couple of little quirks, no big deal. For example image of a Mastercard but checkbox to agree to Visa's Terms and Conditions. A spelling error or two. So far I have not been able to use the promo code. I can enter it with no problem and a green checkbox appears, presumably to show it is valid, but when I click on "Order Card" a message "Promo Code not found" appears. There are a lot of 3rd-party scripts on the order page and I disable them by default until I can see what they do. Chances are one of them needs to run to accept the code but I haven't investigated yet. There are also ten trackers on the page, which I don't allow by default. Most are commonplace, such as Google-analytics or Facebook, but I haven't yet checked them all out. That's as far as I've got for now. I don't mean to make this sound worrisome - it's just messy, but typical of many sites these days, and of course might contain something that would bother me. I've got to do some real-life stuff for a while, but I'll get back to Cryptopay as soon as I can. I'm aware that Cryptopay has as much to fear from Internet Strangers like me as I do from them. Wariness should serve us both well, but it slows things down. Edit: Update - yes, enabling the scripts allows the promo code to be recognized. The card order went through shortly after that, and a nice customer-friendly welcome email followed. Very encouraging so far.

I like the card and the fees are low but the exchange rate was $50 below the CMC rate so thats like another 3%. Will use sparingly.

Hi! Please be informed that our currency exchange rate changes constantly and sometimes can be better or a little bit worse than our competitor's rates. Should you require any further assistance feel free to ask.
