You posted something similar on the Wirex thread. Did you really order two different debit cards with express shipping at about the same time?

No problem if that's the case - just wondering if you were having issues with one provider or two.

They both use the same bank, so that's one likely bottleneck. Also, fwiw, I've found DHL to be very unhelpful when it comes to tracking and actual delivery - they seem to excel at the long distance part of their business but drop the ball on "last mile" deliveries. There was a thread about DHL a while back.

I got a Cryptopay plastic card by regular delivery about two weeks after ordering it. Postal service only, from a different continent. I had expected to have to wait up to an extra month.

Murky stuff. I hope you get your card(s) soon in any case.

Contact the support, it may take few business day maximum to respond to you but you will get an answer. I don't know how companies like Cryptopay will deal with a situation like this where express shipping takes more than 12 days. I got mine with standard shipping less than two weeks!

If you check the pages in this thread you can see that OP sends manually the promo codes to each user to get a free bitcoin debit card (plastic) so better wait a bit for the OP to respond to you or send him a PM if you are in a hurry.

In official way it can take 3-4 business days to resolve problem - OK - but why my sources ( to be honest it is just 25e) have to be blocked? I have been using your services for a long time, but in this moment I start to be afraid to use your service.

From years i never played in internet casinos, but In last few moths i received transfers from two internet casinos for advertising them. No, we don't forbid the withdrawals from the casinos to the Cryptopay card, but please keep in mind that you have to become a verified customer in order to use this option.

I know about that very well (about verification). But I am disappointed about that:

Support: :Your loading limit is 2500, but your spending limit is 1000." (was 2500e)

Support: "Our updated limits were published on our website on the 1st of May and since then anyone could have read that. We deeply apologize for not letting you know of it the same moment." At this moment I was around 2000 e of spendings

In other words, limit of 1000 i cross few month ago, now i already have 2000, but today you say that is too much and you forgot to tell me about that.

My little problem is that limit of spending changed someday ( I don't know when), and I didn't know about that.. I didn't been informed about that.

Maybe tomorrow you will provide another rule (why not 100e), and i will stay with nothing.. Sorry, but it was my first feeling.

So what are the limits now exactly?

If I remember correctly it was like $1000 USD max ATM withdraw and $2000 Over the counter Visa purchases


Who holds the KYC identifications exactly? Is it Cryptopay or is it MyChoiceCorp?

Looks like now for unverified the max you can spend (Purchases + ATM withdraws) is $1000 USD max.

The KYC identification is a two-step. First, you’re verified by Cryptopay and then we send documents to our card issuer for them to review and update the KYC status.
