Hello. A friend of me hav a Problem. He is verified by Cryptopay 3 Months ago, but the Bank dont verified the Account, so the Limits are not increased. Is that normal? Someone with the same Problem? He hav a Account by Advcash and is too verified, is that perhabs the Problem? That what I dont want to verified my Account.

I got the promo code but unfortunally I'm having an issue when I try to order the card.

In the "personal info" part, I put all my info (address, country, post code, ...) and after I click on the Continue button my page just refreshes and nothing happens. Not even a single error message.

I tried with two different browsers (Opera and Chrome).

Hello! Such situations happen when our card issuer rejects one of your verification documents. They have very strict requirements regarding the size, the quality, the date of issue, the type of the documents in order to upgrade the clients' KYC limits. Hello! The issue might be with the personal info you enter. Please, note that we only provide the service in the following countries https://help.cryptopay.me/cryptopay-bitcoin-debit-card/general/what-countries-does-cryptopay-issue-cards-to.
If your country is included, make sure that you have put the tick in the checkbox to accept the terms and conditions.
Contact the support team directly if the issue persists.

Yes, you will be able to use the card to verify your PayPal account but the card has to be fully verified.
In order to verify your account, you will need to submit 2 types of documents:

1.) A valid government issued ID - high-quality images of the following documents are acceptable:
• International passport (double page)
• National ID card (both sides)
• Driving license (both sides)
Important: To avoid delays when verifying your account, make sure that your submitted documents are:
• Entirely visible (watermarks are permitted);
• Images of high quality (color images, with resolution of 300dpi or higher);
• Valid ID documents with expiry date (not less than 6 months left) clearly visible.

2.) A proof of residency - a high quality scanned images or a direct online extract of the following documents: Bank statement, Utility bill, Tax return, council tax bill, Certificate of residency issued by a government, within the last 3 months and addressed to your name and home address.
We cannot accept mobile phone bill or a credit card statement as proof of residence.

Note: For languages such as that use non-Latin characters, a certified translation of your proof of residence document is needed.

As for buying services online in majestic or in seoclerk, the card will work if they accept prepaid debit cards without 3D secure.

So, haven't been around for few weeks. You guys found a workaround for European users only being allowed to use their cards once?

Of course, they have returned limit to 1000 $ for non-verified users and work on issuing new card.
I can see more and more that a deposit fee appears, whether it will also appear on the cryptopay?
These BTC fees are getting worse and worse every day
