Exist since 2013 and I do not think it would work so long if they are scam. It is possible that they currently have technical problems. I would want to see their answer on yourr problem. I asked for a promo code, but there was no reaction yet for 24 hours. I still think they're okay.

The only negative side is high costs, but it's certainly not scam, but your choice whether you will accept it or not.

It is very strange that their support did not replay on your problem. Have you tried to contact them directly? So far, they have been regular in commenting. Does anyone else have similar problems? I asked for a promo code, but in the meantime I read that they only give the code to the higher rankings, so according to that logic I'm still not the right canditate.
I still want to belive that they are ok and that they are not Scam.

General advice - before writing RED ALL CAPS - contact support. Restart the app. See if there are any error messages, transaction stuck on the blockchain, anything really.

I have received and used the new MC plastic card with no problems. The previous Visa plastic card continues to work fine, but presumably will not be supported after October 15.
The old Visa virtual card continues to work well, but I believe it also will not work after October 15.

I'm not yet sure what to expect for the new MC virtual card. As far as I can see there is no mention of it yet on the site.

Cryptopay has worked fine for me since I started using it, about five months now iirc.

I have both the new USD and EUR contactless cards. They work perfectly. Accepted at merchants and ATMs here in Asia.

I still have my MyChoice card. It is still valid unti 15 October this year. The advantage is the new card's USD 5k withdrawal limit plus the MyChoice card's USD 2k limit. This bridging time makes it easy to convert most of my cold storage coins into fiat.

For the new cards, I think they only support verified accounts. I don't see any limit option for non-verified accounts. They might support lower limit cards for those who don't want to go through the verification process but for now I think they only offer the new cards if you can successfully complete the verification requirements. I wasn't required to submit new documents.

Has anyone gotten a vouch yet? I ran into a couple of services like this and one out of three was a scam. I am not saying that yours is I'm just saying that it would be nice to see some confirmation somebody else that this is a proven and working system. I would actually like to see a easy to use and low-fee Bitcoin debit card but I have found this yet. Being in the United States has a lot of restrictions and at the same time the ones we have found at work have very high fees.
