True... if you can't control your self in gambling though you know that you are on a losing streak, then you are sick, but not the gambling itself..

In gambling if you are on a winning streak you get more and more aggressive and get addicted when you lose you just deposit again to win the lost amount of bitcoins ,this strategy is bad for winning lost amount because you lost the deposited amount too but if you are clever and set a target and cashout your bitcoins after reaching that target then you are in profit. And yes the gambling is addicted .

But most of the gamblers do forget that gambling is only for entertainment purpose. They treat gambling as the money making source,  which finally leads to losses to their wealth. So I too believe it is right to consider gambling as sickness.

It is definitely a big concern if someone lose their self-control over gambling. I lose self-control once, but fortunately, I managed to think and realize losing in the casino is not a good idea. So, my losses aren't that big on that particular day and for the coming days.

I agree with you, but who is to blame in this case are those who always use such a huge ambition to win something, so they are addicted to that eventually could lose a lot of money and, eventually, their rage is unclear as of some threads I've ever read and it made me sad cause he lost, but not because large gambling but as himself

Yes indeed it can be considered as a sickness but the fact is that you can also become healthy again because of it.
If you really love to do it and it has no downsides for you like losing money and it makes you happy it can be good for you and it will not be a sickness at all, its just how you look at it in my eyes!

The sickness is your behaviour not the gambling imo, when you cant control yourself = you are sick. Dont blame gambling which make you cant control yourself because it is totally your own fault. Ask yourself why you cant control your habit on gambling.

Gambling is not contagious. The 'sickness' is in your mind only. If you put the effort to control yourself you will be alright. If you can't control your emotions and are a compulsive gambler then you need to seek professional help. If you don't seek help that's just your own fault and no one else's.
