There are several of them already, its up for the team to also do the dual chain to make it available on ETH and waves. On token that I know of is Encryptotel (ETT) and I think there are some other tokens too like INCENT.

Depends on the amount of transactions on the Waves platform.
It's low but it's "free money" if you hold them anyway.
