Yeah, me too. What I did is that, I am searching for a Buy/ Sell wall then I depend my bid on that. (Usually 1-3 BTC wall). Then If I am depending on the Buy wall I add 1. Example the buy wall is in the 440 my bid is 441. On the other side, if I am depending on the Sell Wall I usually subtract 1. Like for example, the wall is in 590. My bid is 589. In this case, you are assured to lessen the risk of hanging price because there is a wall to support the sudden pump or dump. Well since I used this method, I never experienced any troubles yet.

Because in today's reality, the buy and sell walls are constantly moving and you simply can't change your orders manually that fast (somehow, I don't think that you are using a bot). Apart from that, the spread is typically a lot narrower nowadays. It is just a few dollars on most exchanges and walls arise as fast as they disappear in the range of a dozen dollars (I refer to the difference between two opposing walls here)

Investing in ICO projects is one of the profitable kind of investment because you are buying cheap coins at a lower price and then after the ICO and it launches in the market and then you can finally get your investment back and have an extra earnings because the price is almost double in the market than ICO price. I also do investing in ICO and the last ICOs that i invested in already give me a lot of profit.

Investing in those coins is a big risk as you never know how long it will survive and there are many shit coins that will disappear with an blink of an eye and if that happens then it will be a total loss for you so its better to invest in reputed coins as even if it takes longer to make profits its still worth to wait for as making small profits is always better then making losses.

Thanks for your advice. I have been constantly watching altcoins price in coinmarketcap, and I could say that when Bitcoin's price increases, they follow the same movement. Thus, I would prefer to hold the top 5 altcoins for the long term as they provide constant development and promising features. Dash has its unique masternodes feature, while Monero has ring signatures for better privacy, and so on. Speaking of Dash, it has been constantly increasing in price over the last days. It might go all the way up towards $100 USD, but in the meantime, I would keep mining and holding Dash just in case.

Another coin that has brought up my attention is NEM. Its offline harvesting feature is awesome and would finally allow me to stake my holdings without leaving the wallet open 24/7 (unlike most PoS coins). Just my thoughts.

Yes, if we compare the price of btc from 2 years now the price has significantly increased, so holding will help you get the benefit from it. My strategy for the best investment is very simple, buy when it low and sell when it is high.  so if we use this formula mostly will not see the depletion. it is up to you how much you want profit and how long you want to wait for that expected outcome.

My best investment strategy is investing in btc, btc is growing day by day and if you compare btc with gold you can understand the difference, gold value doesn't change much but btc value increases rapidly. it is trustworthy that you get the best reward from the btc. my investment strategy is purchase the btc and hold it and sell when i feel i get the best benefit from it.

yes currently it can be the best strategy as there are more chances that the price of bitcoin will increase more and more, therefore saving bitcoin is the best option. although from trading you can also make good profit but currently holding bitcoin is more better than investing i in any other alt coin.
