I ended up paying the .05 btc and it eventually cycled me back to avalon-asics.com page. I hope that was enough to get a slot, I assume thats what I was paying for.

I gave up and sent the 4 USD for my original order.  Maybe this will hold a spot?

Has ANYONE seen communication from Avalon yet? It would be nice to hear something from them at least.

Amazingly I've been trying to order for 1.5 hours. Entered my email address in several different forms and have yet to receive a single piece of mail.

I ended up paying the .05 btc and it eventually cycled me back to avalon-asics.com page. I hope that was enough to get a slot, I assume thats what I was paying for.

the problem i had with paying even .05 was that i saw so many other things that were wrong i was no longer sure what that .05 was even paying for. i clicked back because i was confused and not trusting of what in the world i was paying for or to what account.

the mind boggles how i would feel right now if i actually sent 1500 worth of btc in this situation. that is just too much money to send when things were breaking down.

So, what happened?

Everything sold out or site bugged?

My anger against what is wrong in the Bitcoin community is productive:
Bitcointa.lk - Replace "Bitcointalk.org" with "Bitcointa.lk" in this url to see how this page looks like on a proper forum (Announcement Thread)
Hashfast.org - Wiki for screwed customers

I've compiled that form with my data at least 10 times.

I've reached bitpay one time, but with wrong total, so I went back to see wtf was going on... and I was locked out.

shit!

Avalon gets a scammer tag unless they make things right.

same here.  I had the 0.05 BTC on my walletbit so I went back and now it seems I self-owned myself.  I had the chance to put in all of my address and contact info so I hope Team Avalon sees it on their side.

Same.  I entered my shipping info and made it to bitpay once, but it showed a $3 total so I didn't pay.

I'm posting here in hopes of also securing a "place in line" based on this.

For those of you who completed the orders: How?! How did you even manage to add stuff to the cart?

the site worked for a few moments in time for some people.
the problem was that while it was working it was not working in exceptional ways confusing the crap out of people.
the final straw was seeing bitwallet only wanting .05 or whatever in payment and people questioned that as the last
straw. some paid, some tried to go back and it broke again. i gave up at that point and figured my info must be in their
system in order to send me to bitwallet.
