You can always convert those fiat into bitcoin and that is not an excuses. Bitcoin is not a magic currency out of nowhere , it is the future and sooner or later people might use it's technology to replace fiat. The hyperinflation will guarantee that those 4 countries alone push the price to 5 figures, and that isn't considering the future situation where western fiat currencies fail too, or as physical cash gets moved, bitcoin shines to never imagined highs.

To make the long story short, I think it all depends on mutual trusts. If a government believes fiat then we have to trust it and if the government says if a particular paper having $10 written on it has the value of $10 then we must trust it. Same with the bitcoin, if people around the world think that bitcoin is worth $1,000+, then we have to consider it a $1,000+ thing. It doesn’t matter if you think bitcoin is worth $1,00,000+ because everyone must believe it at the same time.

Fiat's only benefit right now is that the government is manipulating it to keep it steady in value. However that manipulation, whether to steady the value of a currency or to make the currency drop in value so that more exports can go abroad isn't going to last long.

Bitcoin's decentralisation is key to economic reform in future, in my opinion.

More people will definitely move to bitcoin in the future when they realise that they don't want to be in the grip of government manipulation.

Yes of course i still believe in fiat because its the declared fiat by our government and without fiat currency we could not convert and cash out our bitcoin stored in our online wallet. Fiat currency is very important in bitcoin transaction because once you've cash out in fiat you can use fiat currency to pay for those goods which mostly requires fiat specially in buying foods at the fast food chains.

Whether its fast food chain or for some other needs right now fiat is most needed due to the small percentage of cryptocurrency acceptance compared to fiat. Also fiat is the basic from which everything got evolved as different forms based upon requirements as cryptocurrency, altcoins, wallets, cards, cashless system etc. Crypts act as an alternative solution but defeat fiat take its role is something against the financial ecosystem.

Well, that's for now because bitcoin is not that big enough in terms of adoption. There's still many people who are potential to use bitcoin which has not been educated about bitcoin yet, it needs time to realize what we want but for now, we must be contented what bitcoin has already achieved.

Knowing that the fiat is not backed by gold anymore doesn't make us smart, it makes us informed. I didn't know about this before but I've read a couple of posts about it. If people are just as informed as we are, then they might ditch fiat and join the bitcoin club. Fiat is becoming more and more like a "Score" in a game which literally has no value but lets you track what you've done so far. The only difference with the score in a game is that you can spend your fiat. Regardless, fiat is still valueless (since it's not backed by gold anymore), but people thinks that it has value and would do horrible things just to obtain more and more fiat.
