There are people who dont even believe the Gospel of Christ that they are preaching but they do it for their personal gain. All will be judged. The Bible itself says that Judgement will begin in the house of the Lord.

Evangelical / Pentecostal Christianity is just another business nowadays. All they care about is to gain more and more adherents, and thereby increasing the revenue inflows. I would even say that it is one of the most profitable businesses right now.

Religion in moderate doses is not a deadly poison Everything can be believed, but only without fanaticism. In every religion there is something good. And you can control the masses without the help of religion.

Every religion is poison. It destroys the will of man, and teaches him humility. It is unacceptable for me. We all don't want to see zombies on the street, but religion does exactly that. Religious people become zombies in the hands of religion.

They become zombies, because they do not know how to think and make decisions themselves. They are used to obey the standards of society and religion, but you need to follow the golden mean. It is necessary to live as you want, but not harm to others.

If a person is able to make decisions independently he will never look at religion. Besides, to believe in that nonsense that they say religion can only uneducated people are prone to slavish psychology.

Religion does not interfere with making decisions independently, if you do not get too involved. Religion is invented by people and in some there are useful austerities. For example, in Buddhism they are taught to show patience and sympathy, to live in harmony with animals. This does not zombify and does not allow not to make independent decisions. A person has a head in order to screen out unnecessary information.

You are right when you say that in same religion there are different understanding and opinion on same matter. Some wars had been led "for the sake of religion" but most of that was just a stupid reason. In history people led wars for personal gain, and that is it. People will always find "reason" for some thing to do. Its not religion that is bad, its people.

Its better to have a belief than nothing have at all because having a religion would mold us to be a better person and its problem on ourselves to make conflicts among other religion.They are not poison the true problem here is the people do fight for their own beliefs and would like to be dominant among other religion.IMHO

If Christianity is a poison then Jesus will not speak you to love your neighbors as you love yourself instead He will say to love yourself and hate your neighbors. If Christianity is a poison then Jesus would not speak of forgiving those who have sinned against you but instead go and destroy your enemies. Just because some people got rich on the stupidity of others doesn't mean the whole religion is a fraud.

You are right, but i would not use word poison, but a word Crime. If all what you said is truth, and i don't know, because im not living in any country where that happened, and im not Catholic. This is quiet offensive actually and rude saying that Christianity is poison even though I am affliated with this or not doesn't change the fact that this post is lacking of morality and intellectual approach in critiquing.

In my opinion, it is not Christianity that is poisonous but the Christian leaders having the tendency to be poisonous. The religion itself influences good morals and right conduct to its believers with spreading the lessons engrave in their holy book which is bible but these Christian leaders abusing their authority (you can look up the Philippine History that us full of corrupt priest as reference to the truth I'm saying).

It is not right to generalize things for this misleads the people. A rotten fruit placed in a basket of fresh fruits doesn't brand the fresh fruits as rotten ones but rotten fruits has the ability to influence those fresh ones that's why we need to segregate those corrupted and not.


The common thing that all religions have is that it is mysterious and we can't verify if god do exist but it is of faith that drives its believers to believe. We can't make these believers unbelieve the things they believe unless you present  something that make them believe it than the former one.

I think that Christianity molds good-natured people by placing the lessons in their heart and mind but failing to do so strays you in the right track of what the true intent of this religion has which is to love one another.

In conclusion, it doesn't wether that religion's god is real or not as long as long it instills good values and virtues.

1. People know in their hearts that it is wrong to kill other people. They know it is even wrong to hurt others. They know that it is wrong to steal. They know that it is wrong to do all kinds of other things. Yet they allow themselves to get whipped up into a military frenzy by Government leaders so that they go out and murder all kinds of other people in the thing called war. This personal allowing of whipping up has converted their good sense into religion - Government or war religion - just the same as religions like Christianity motivate for peace.

2. Some formal religions are war religions in their religious writing directives. Some are peace religions in their religious writing directives. People constantly interpret their formal religion the wrong way, and show it when they do not follow the things that their religion says.

For example. According to the Koran, Islam is a religion of peace toward fellow Muslims in good standing, but a religion of war against all others, and especially apostates. According to the Bible, Christianity is a religion of peace towards all people. But these are formal religions. Informal religions often do not even recognize that they are religions. Yet people do whatever they want, often in deference to their formal religions.

3. The religion of God is to show and know the truth, period. This is done through peace. Without peace, nothing can exist.

4. The religion of the devil is to follow the devil as one should follow God. The devil doesn't care if people recognize that there is a God or not. All he wants is that people follow him knowingly or ignorantly. His goal is destruction.

The God over all is the One Who maintains everything by the means of all-pervading cause and effect. He is the one who maintains the peace of the universe within itself, even in the face of the evil and destruction set up by the vastly weaker devil.
