i think so when i go on pool management and ask for info it says only items worked on : x but the rest keeps on 0

Your GPU is running at a low hashrate, so try it on the cpu port, which is 3333 and you will most likely see shares accepted.  With such a low hashrate for the gpu I am not sure that it is worth it to mine ESP with it.  You might be better off mining another coin and trading for ESP if you wanted to gain some.

If mining with GPU, you will get excellent results with Pallas' and Wolf's miners. Download links in the first page. The wolf miner may be trickier to install but faster with certain GPUs. The one by Pallas I would say is more user friendly and works on most combinations of hardware

when i increase the intesity my hash gets higher

If you missed the swap phase, your old coins are lost. There's nothing we can do about it.  

When people are talking about dev doing an "ICO" do you mean devs selling their personal shares?? That's nothing you can expect, if you want to vote then vote with your own money.
