I can not understand whether the POS works or not? Do people write that they have mining or is it just for POW?

I mine POW on my rig wallet and the other wallet on my laptop is POS, both generate ESP
Well, then how to fix this problem?

My data:
Espers version v0.8.5.4-Patch 6
Block Height 657 497

this problem start 12 february .... no fix.

Patience. Patience. You'll have to wait.

If you are impatient, I'm still having my buy order at 70 sat litoshi open.  Wink

volocity enforces block spacing (time).
if you mine a block too early from the previous, and it's very lkikely to happen thousands of times because the diff is at minimum, it will be rejected.

He explained all this a page or two back and it answered the question for me. I guess some people are not understanding whats happening.Everything is working  as it should.People are just going to have to ignore the orphans that their wallet shows for the time being until if and when coderz fixes it.But until then he has already explained things hence is why I am quoting Pallas here in case people still do not understand.I am running out of room on my rig so I been sending a lot of my staking coins to Poswallet. It has been working out very nicely for me better than on my own system, and I am getting stake on espers too.

yes, thats true. and in my opinion, this velocity is bad idea. hash outputs are "random", good hash can be found in 1 sec or 100 sec too. but you waste hashpower if you try to find a block within spacing time, because that block will be rejected.

I wonder how that works, because I'm running the latest wallet and received my last stake one month ago.  Embarrassed

just remember. every orphan you mine makes your wallet.dat a little bigger and adds an additional entry into your TxDB making them take up a little more hard drive space and makes opening the wallet and running rescans take longer

Concerning POS only: wondering if I should split my stack into two or three wallets to have less weight and consequently less orphans. Also may move some ESP to Poswallet and check.

We are going through a rash of PoW technical discussion now, but as far as I can see, PoS is still broken with ESP.

Are we still working on fixing PoS, guys?

Yes, you can solo mine using both AMD and nvidia cards.
Just mind that you will get a lot of rejected blocks, but it's normal because of the recently added "velocity" feature.

I did not get rejected blocks. Got about 1 block every 3 to 4 minutes but since yesterday nothing. Chain seems to be moving slower to.

EDIT: Just realised you mean the Booooo in the miner and not transactions in the wallet itself. Yes i do get a lot of those.
