Not a bad idea. That is something that could be done with Espers taken from the "warchest" (unswapped coins) wallet. Maybe just not C-Cex.
First things first. Exchanges listing not a priority right now imo. We need to clean up the small issues, then the community and Dev could discuss how to best put those Espers to work. Listings.. promotion... maybe coding bounties...
