People hate Bitcoins?

Imho the majority of Bitcoin haters falls into at least one of the following two categories:

1. Those who hate it, because they hate freedom. These people think Bitcoin that could be a threat to their security by allowing free trade, changing the established order, and/or the habits they love. To them, Bitcoin means chaos. Often this group of haters has very limited knowledge about how Bitcoin works.

2. Those who do not genuinely hate it, but feel strong remorse of not having invested earlier. To them, Bitcoin exemplifies their comparative failure as an investor / smart person. To get rid of these negative feelings, they hope Bitcoin will fail.

The people that hate bitconin are usually people who are either trying to get the price lower or thinks it is worthless or it's gonna die out. I personally use bitcoin very extensively.

People who are holding bitcoin and who are actively earning it will never hate bitcoin,as they are aware about the benefits that bitcoin is offering them.

I am also holding bitcoin now. I agree with your statement that someone who actively use bitcoin and stay to get profit from bitcoin will not hate bitcoin anymore.

Actually people who bought at $1200 in the past are the haters of bitcoin, as they sold their coins when price dropped extremely and they suffered huge loss at that time.

Some people are indeed hating on the bitcoin but this is because they lost money because of the bitcoin, although in the most cases its their own problem and you cannot blame the bitcoin for it.

If You're Talking About the Average Person (unaffiliated with Bitcoin):

For the average person, it's pretty natural to have an irrational hatred/distaste for things you don't understand completely. Think about when you were first introduced to finances as a child - didn't it seem like the most boring waste of time in the world? Not calling non-believers children here, I'm just using it to demonstrate a time in everyone's life where they strongly opposed something for no good reason. Like general finances (money management, taxes, etc.), I think you'll find that a lot more people are willing to get behind bitcoin when you show them the benefits of it and explain it in an interesting way that they can relate to.

I don't think so that people wil hate bitcoin because Bitcoin is now very popular in Digital currency world. So people are now addicting to this world. I like bitcoin it's very usefull and very easy to use the only thing is we don't bitcoin wallet access in all country but in future it will come. The price also very impressive high price so people will love this bitcoin. Bitcoin haters means those who loss in gambling i think they will hate this bitcoin.

I wouldn't say hate, but I have definitely fallen out of love with it. The current bitcoin world has way too much in common with the fiat world.The vast majority of wealth is in the hands of a few who are hell bent on protecting themselves even to the point that it squeezes out new adopters and makes the barrier to entry in any significant way impossible unless you are all ready wealthy. The bitcoin world is teaming with human genetic debris whose sole purpose in life is to separate naive people from their bitcoins. When this happens we toss out a few ready made phrases like "if you don't own your private keys you don't own any bitcoin' as if that actually helps anyone.

We treat new people like morons and insult them at every turn. We use some arbitrary forum ranking system and use it to punish people that are guilty of not much more than wanting to be where some of us are. 

We speak in flowery prose about how bitcoin can end wars, cure cancer, solve all of the worlds ills but really all we have is yet another oligarchy that pays lip service to liberty and freedom and humanitarian goals but in reality is just another self absorbed oligarchy that uses group think and economics to preserve itself rather than political power and violence.

What OP states can be ignored. There is no hate, why? Well easy bitcoin is a currency. At most you dislike using in in which you ingore it. The reason to dislike can be varous
- No interest in innovation
- Wrong information (thinking it is used buy solely criminals etc.).

I didn`t hear anyone mention hate until now, I saw many different things said about btc but to someone hate it I didn`t.

Most of people didn`t even heard for btc, many that did are just suspicious. We need more time and bitcoin need more time to be recognized as something good. I think in world news bitcoin still have negative publicity, people who dont know nothing about it can believe in that stupid things.

People don't hate Bitcoin. They don't understand Bitcoin. The only thing the great beast (Citizens) understand is the misinformation they are fed by modern media. Even on this forum, Bitcoin means something different to different people.

To the young kids here, Bitcoin is a way to make some easy beer money with sig campaigns.

To the businessmen and entrepreneurs, it's a way to have the wealth they dreamed about in college by latching on to a new technology on the ground floor.

To the libtards and anarchists, it's a way to take control away from government so they can do anything they want without reprisals.

Lack of information and lack of knowledge is the major reason behind not using bitcoin or hating bitcoin, and the percentage of haters are very less in compare to people who loves bitcoin.

I've got a few friends that think bitcoin was illegal... I meant, at least in my country, it isn't.

It's a common misconception I guess that bitcoin is only used for illegal purposes like drugs and stuff. While this is partially true, there is an entire community devoted to positive usage of BTC.
