You need to post some proof so people here would believe what you are saying here, if your claims are true  well crypto mixer should really answer this because you are the first complainant poster in this thread and also i can say 2000 btc reserve of crypto mixer is true because reputive member lutpin,shorena and yahoo confirms that crypto mixer have the balance what he have stated in his thread.

Post proof so the owner can take action what you are saying right here.

Edit: screenshot might be helpful for you so you have an supporting proof regarding to your claims and this is good warning to us if this is true and in the other hand so crypto mixer can upgrade this error happened.

Problem solved. I contacted support and they help me releasing mixed coins.
I can vouch this service is legit, but this moment It's disappointed me. (4 hours waiting!!!)

i wonder if cryptomixer don't need a confirmation anymore,does the transaction included in the same block?

I didn't noticed if they were. Next time I mix I'm gonna check it out. They still need atleast one confirmation. It is in their FAQ for bitcoin transactions lower than 25 BTC.

I guess you mean to say what if your outgoing and incoming transactions will be included in a same block. But, your mixing process will start only after your 'outgoing' transaction got confirmations (maximum 5 confirmations in the case of more than 1000 BTC).
So, practically there are no chances for all your transactions to be included in a same block.

Actually they are active here. Active in a sense that they don't have to bump this thread everyday.
