It's not a problem for Bitcointalk users, they already know how to access the original mixer, the site, and possibly check in ANN. The issue of phishing and fake pages is quite well-known here. The problem comes with inexperienced users and those who believe that "if it's written on Yahoo ^{or any reliable service}, it must be true".
This problem goes beyond the scope of the mixer service only.

The support seems a little slow in responding, but they always try to resolve issues that come up from time to time. If nothing is done next week, please let us know in this thread. I will personally try to contact them too

It's a good old school mixer, but the support response rate need to be worked upon to avoid losing customers.

The transaction fees seem to have gone way up compared to just the other day.  That likely means there's some stuck transaction because of too low a fee.  If it's about sending coins out from your wallet to the mixer, you could try RBF (Replace-By-Fee) to get it moving faster.  But if it's about getting coins into your wallet from the mixer, CPFP (Child-Pays-For-Parent) could work if your wallet supports it.

Yes, as I suspected, it looks like they created a transaction with insufficient  fee - less than 20 satoshi per vbyte. The current recommended transaction fee is at least 50 satoshi per vbyte.

You have several options here:

1. You can wait for [banned mixer] to be online again and see if they solve your problem from their side.
2. Another option is to use a paid transaction acceleration service like ViaBTC, which you can find at https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator.
3. The third option, as I mentioned before, is to use CPFP from your wallet to create a new transaction with a fee that is enough to pay for both transactions.

Here are the basic steps for using CPFP from your wallet:
- Identify the stuck transaction.
- Create a new transaction that spends the same inputs as the stuck transaction
- When creating the new transaction, make sure to set a higher fee (something like 70-80 sats/vbyte should be enough)
- Sign and broadcast transaction to the network and wait for the confirmation

If you are using the Electrum wallet, right-click on the stuck transaction and check if there is a menu option "Child pays for parent...". If it's available, select it, and then follow the instructions provided by the wizard.

If you have successfully sent Bitcoin to the address provided by the mixer, that should be enough. Those coins can stay there and you have nothing to do with them, you should get other coins from another source. This is the basis of the Bitcoin mixer operation.

A few days ago, another user had a similar problem with this mixer. The transaction from the mixer side was created with a low fee, so it took some time to confirm. Maybe it's the same in your case?

Can you see the incoming transaction in your wallet? Even if it's unconfirmed, you should still have a transaction to the address where you requested mixed coins.
