I use [banned mixer] not coinmixer, i use the same link i use last time and i send the link to support but they don t care and doesn't respond.
I mix my coins on crytpomixer.io and you tell me it's not your problem. I 'm think it's your responsability to assure customers coin's security

Scammers keep creating new and new phishing websites. They target not only cryptomixer, but other mixers too. We do report phishing websites to google, to shut them down. You can also help by filling this very form. The more people complain, the more attention google pays to scam websites and more chances to close it.

Theres nothing malicious at play until you see the money gets transferred out of the address that you sent it to, for now we just have to wait for [banned mixer] to answer all our questions. I suppose its just a problem with their automated system, it can happen.
