But then I got more confirmations (looking on blockchain) and website was still at 2 confirmations and output pending.

If you guys are serious about this, why don't you just open a scam accusation thread in right section of the forum and maybe someone who knows him and give a response to that. 7btc is a lot of money to lose at this time and you should also post with evidences rather than just saying it as no one will take this serious. Its a lesson that before you give trust after a period of time, check if the individual or service is still living with that trust or turned opposite.

But then I got more confirmations (looking on blockchain) and website was still at 2 confirmations and output pending.

I received my coins now on the destination address.
If this was really "just a big error in their system", than I don't understand why they didn't respond.

I just really happy I got my funds, but I will still never use this service again. At least not with big Amounts (mine was worth 550€).
