The support email at criptomixer.io (info@coinswap.cz) bounces.

Is criptomixer.io (without an Y) a phishing scam domain or does it belong to [banned mixer]? It comes up first on google search for "cryptomixer". If it's a scam I imagine many people fell for it. How can I be the first to post about it here?

criptomixer.io is a scam for sure, I can guarantee that. There are easily three dozen websites that try (or have tried) to usurp the reputation of [banned mixer] https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2827109.msg29058223#msg29058223

This week I even found the official website of a city in my country hacked "silently" to inject backlinks for SEO purposes to boost BTC mixers (including criptomixer), casinos, and pills.
I tried to contact them to explain that but it was like if I was talking an alien language lol. "We will call you back because I'm not aware of a mixer infrastructure," they told me.

Did you save the Letter of Guarantee? If so: can you share it? That's the only way to prove what happened.
Note that using Bitcointalk PM means Cloudflare can read it, so your privacy on that transaction will be compromised.

Why would you ever experiment with them when you can see previous comments complaining they can't contact them and have other issues?
I never used cryptomoxer.io andf their account is inactive in bitcointalk forum since October 2021 so we can't help you with this, but there are much more reputable mixers you can use today.

Kindly, doublecheck the e-mail you are sending to. The correct e-mail is ]support@[banned mixer] or you can use the support widget on the website ][banned mixer] (/]tor mirror). You can PM me on the forum if nothing helps (don't include sensitive information as already mentioned).

The message is rejected under suspicion of spam
That's why post #572 wasn't able to email them, and I'm sure post #573 is also using protonmail

It's very likely he didn't read the reviews or does not even know what has been going on via the thread. He probably just registered to make a complaint on the thread.

Thank you for the investigation! We do receive emails from protonmail.com, but i can't claim for sure some of them are not rejected under suspicion of spam.

UPD: Cryptomixer minimum fee is 0,5% + (0.0005 BTC for every forward address). Since you have sent a small amount and set up several forward address this time, all the amount was spent to fees. We can forward all the amount to one address to reduce fees, support will contact you to agree the address.

Good advice for future is to use the calculator on the website before mixing.

Generated addresses are valid for 24 hours. Future payments to the addresses are ignored. Kindly, contact support with the transaction reference to process it manually.
